Your character has just arrived in a swampy, dim town. As they look around, their gaze is met with shacks and cabins. It smells of rotted wood and wet moss. They duck and step into a tattered tent, illuminated by a series of candles suspended in the air. At the back of the tent, an old hag raises her head, “What brings you to this dingy town? She begins, then pauses to study your face—”Ah, it’s you. I’ve been expecting you. Sit,” she gestures at a cushion, “Tell me your story.” Wynona Yeljyre's gaze travels across the tent, pressing each and every detail worth noting in the back of her mind. It is a totally new place to her - the scent, the pages written in an unknown language and this very lady are all unknown to her. Regardless, the elf makes herself at home and sits down on the cushion. "Woah, you're ol - ..." Wynona quickly cuts her tongue and clears her throat to speak a little more considerately. "... a very lovely old lady..! I sure hope I will age as gracefully as you have." Her following coughs are clearly fake, trying to fill in the awkward silence. Then, she turns her lips into a sympathetic smile and acts like that comment never existed. "Yeljyre Wynona, pleasure to meet you! My older sister, Ilyiona, and I were to become independent at a very young age, but everything's worked well for us. I'm kind of a farmer, if you will. A provider." Wynona's smile feels a little more genuine with each passing word. However, she clearly doesn't want to dwell on her past for too long and moves on quickly. "I'm simply passing by with my sister, pay no mind to me. We will surely meet again if fate intends that to happen," and with that, Wynona stands up from her seat. "For now, farewell, old kind lady."
