Your character has just arrived in a swampy, dim town. As they look around, their gaze is met with shacks and cabins. It smells of rotted wood and wet moss. They duck and step into a tattered tent, illuminated by a series of candles suspended in the air. At the back of the tent, an old hag raises her head, “What brings you to this dingy town? She begins, then pauses to study your face—”Ah, it’s you. I’ve been expecting you. Sit,” she gestures at a cushion, “Tell me your story.”

Her eyes move around the tent, taking in the sights before her. The candles suspended in the air caught her attention, they warmed the atmosphere. Making the dingy tent more comfortable than its appearance made it out to be. She steps over to the cushion, pushing her satchel behind her back. She sat down, studying the woman's face before speaking.
"Greetings," She began, her voice soft. "I do not mean to intrude, I've been on the road quite a long time, your humble tent looked like a fine place to lay my head." She smiles softly, folding her hands over her lap.
"My story? You're kind enough to accommodate me, I suppose I'll share." She chuckles softly, her gaze locks onto the woman's face. "I grew up in a small village, working the farms day and night. I preferred working with the livestock rather than the crops. Though, that life wasn't for me.. I favoured venturing into nature. Seeing how vast our beautiful world truly was. I suppose that's what brought me here, the adventure."
