Your character has just arrived in a swampy, dim town. As they look around, their gaze is met with shacks and cabins. It smells of rotted wood and wet moss. They duck and step into a tattered tent, illuminated by a series of candles suspended in the air. At the back of the tent, an old hag raises her head, “What brings you to this dingy town? She begins, then pauses to study your face—”Ah, it’s you. I’ve been expecting you. Sit,” she gestures at a cushion, “Tell me your story.”

"Oh,me? I mutter, eyes darting around the tent. I dont sit. "Didnt think anyone here would know me..." My gaze drops to the dirt floor, looking at my worn out shoes. "I've been moving from place to place, scrapping, trading, taking what I can to get by. Lost my parents to the plague when I was a kid. After that, it was just me and whatever i could scavenge." I pause glancing toward the flickering candles. "Didn't plan on stopping here either.... but the swamp had other ideas."
