Your character has just arrived in a swampy, dim town. As they look around, their gaze is met with shacks and cabins. It smells of rotted wood and wet moss. They duck and step into a tattered tent, illuminated by a series of candles suspended in the air. At the back of the tent, an old hag raises her head, “What brings you to this dingy town? She begins, then pauses to study your face—”Ah, it’s you. I’ve been expecting you. Sit,” she gestures at a cushion, “Tell me your story.”

gently she pulls the chair back, sitting down and adjusting her dress insuring it does not crinkle, she crosses her arms in her lap and straightens her back, "expecting me you say? my, well I'm honored to learn my presence is already known in these lands."
she reaches into her satchel with one hand, pulling out a red gemstone, twirling in her fingers. "i have come to these lands in my journey to study the stars, developing celestial maps to...understand the secrets...that lie among them."
she looks up with a sly smirk, "and i believe i may just find what I'm looking for in these lands."
