Your character has just arrived in a swampy, dim town. As they look around, their gaze is met with shacks and cabins. It smells of rotted wood and wet moss. They duck and step into a tattered tent, illuminated by a series of candles suspended in the air. At the back of the tent, an old hag raises her head, “What brings you to this dingy town? She begins, then pauses to study your face—”Ah, it’s you. I’ve been expecting you. Sit,” she gestures at a cushion, “Tell me your story.”
((How do you respond?))
Example: "Oh, my, thank you. My name's Myrtle, Myrtle Muglwart" quickly says while sitting down on said cushion and quickly continues "I am searching for the path for Honeyhill, I gather I have some roots there and I wish to reconnect with the people and the land and honestly I've been searching for a warm home with some space for chikens, for they're sweet and good companie, and perhaps a small garden oh and a morning sun facing kitchen..." pauses for a second "oh, apologies I'm blabbering. What was your question? Oh, right my story." continues again at a quick pace "So I came form the city, born and raised, form a family of bakers. And it is not that I am not fond of the baking, it is not, I quite enjoy it, but lately the bustling streets and tall building have been overwhelming and I find myself searching for some peace and quiet and perhaps a cool shade under an old tree where one can read a book and perhaps star gaze..." looks up at the candles with wonder in the eyes "speaking of, your candles much look like stars in the night sky, say, how did you made them fly?"
