Your character has just arrived in a swampy, dim town. As they look around, their gaze is met with shacks and cabins. It smells of rotted wood and wet moss. They duck and step into a tattered tent, illuminated by a series of candles suspended in the air. At the back of the tent, an old hag raises her head, “What brings you to this dingy town? She begins, then pauses to study your face—”Ah, it’s you. I’ve been expecting you. Sit,” she gestures at a cushion, “Tell me your story.”
((How do you respond?))
"G'rrk is traveling, to sell hides, to sell wares, to sell frogs!" G'rrk would gesture to a small pouch of frogs she keeps on her hip, a large green toad would leap out of her pouch and G'rrk would grab it with haste, "G'rrk collects frogs n' hides for sellin' to the peoples. G'rrk comes from a long line of frog catchers and animal hunters so she is very very very good at huntin' and catchin', yes. The peoples give trade and she uses their trades to get tools to collect better frogs and foods."
G'rrk would look around the tent and would sniff at the air, "Whysit' the Old persons is expecting G'rrk? Just here to sell frogs she is, yes. Frogs make good foods. Frogs also make good pets, catch flies, yes." G'rrk holds the frog in her hand with a tight grip, petting it with her free hand while looking the haggish woman up and down.
"Does the lady persons wanna trade for a frog?" she asked, with a sharp toothed open mouth smile as she extended the frog outward towards the Hag's face.
