Your character has just arrived in a swampy, dim town. As they look around, their gaze is met with shacks and cabins. It smells of rotted wood and wet moss. They duck and step into a tattered tent, illuminated by a series of candles suspended in the air. At the back of the tent, an old hag raises her head, “What brings you to this dingy town? She begins, then pauses to study your face—”Ah, it’s you. I’ve been expecting you. Sit,” she gestures at a cushion, “Tell me your story.”
((How do you respond?))
Example: I would sit down and tell her my story. "Well I come from the mountains where it is always winter and it is a rough life". "But one night these things came from the blizzard and we tried our best to fight them off but I was the only survivor to come out alive after that massacre". "So I have been wandering ever sense trying to find a purpose in life". I would then stand up after my story and I would walk out of the town and keep wandering. Until I come across a village with a castle on top of the hill above it.
