Your character has just arrived in a swampy, dim town. As they look around, their gaze is met with shacks and cabins. It smells of rotted wood and wet moss. They duck and step into a tattered tent, illuminated by a series of candles suspended in the air. At the back of the tent, an old hag raises her head, “What brings you to this dingy town? She begins, then pauses to study your face—”Ah, it’s you. I’ve been expecting you. Sit,” she gestures at a cushion, “Tell me your story.”
((How do you respond?))
Brick Looked the hag in the eyes and said "i just came in from the wilds" he shaked the cold off "its been a long time since i last needed to travel this far" he sits down on the cushion. The hag points at him and says "Start, i dont have all night" so Brick started "i left my home town about a month ago, in search of an old man. I travled north until i came to the tavern the old man had been rummerd to stay at" "what old man could make you leave the comforts of your home?" the hag asked.
"a man who had something i needed" Brick said "did you find it?" "no" "and what will you do now?" asked the hag looking intently at him "i.. i dont know" said Brick "i think you need to figure it out sonner rather than later" Said the hag
"Good luck"
