Your character has just arrived in a swampy, dim town. As they look around, their gaze is met with shacks and cabins. It smells of rotted wood and wet moss. They duck and step into a tattered tent, illuminated by a series of candles suspended in the air. At the back of the tent, an old hag raises her head, “What brings you to this dingy town? She begins, then pauses to study your face—”Ah, it’s you. I’ve been expecting you. Sit,” she gestures at a cushion, “Tell me your story.”

Example: You look around, thinking the crone might just be speaking to someone else. You realize there isn't anyone else in the tent and begin forming a response, but realize you're not sure where to start. "I'm Owyn..." you say as you move towards the cushion, hesitantly taking a seat, ".... I come from a village of wood elves in the east." You stop and think over your next words, not sure exactly how much you should be sharing with this stranger. You decide to tell her your story, or at least the important stuff. That will have to be enough for now.
