Your character has just arrived in a swampy, dim town. As they look around, their gaze is met with shacks and cabins. It smells of rotted wood and wet moss. They duck and step into a tattered tent, illuminated by a series of candles suspended in the air. At the back of the tent, an old hag raises her head, “What brings you to this dingy town? She begins, then pauses to study your face—”Ah, it’s you. I’ve been expecting you. Sit,” she gestures at a cushion, “Tell me your story.”

As Lafiyr sit on the small cushion attempting to get comfortable with his tall stature, He starts to dive into his mind to remanence his past before speaking... Lafiyr is nothing but a mere wood elf attempting to find a home. He was raised in a small family in the woods not to far from here. Lafiyr's family were self made outcasts attempting to hide from the past. From a young age he was taught to hunt and fend for himself. He learned how to mend and loop a bow, where to shoot animals in order to cause the least amount of suffering, as well as how to stay in touch with nature. He's always had a different connection with the forest. He's known tend to keep to himself, usually being shy until others take the chance to interact. His mother always told him to be weary of strangers. He can be mischievous some times, and that mischievousness may have caused his family there demise. One day as the family were tending to there livestock. Lafiyr decided to ignore his parents warnings and traveled outside of the forest. As he was wandering a random band of orc's spotted him and forced Lafiyr to run home. However, they managed to track him. As they found there encampment that pillaged and raided everything in sight. His mother and father risked there lives to hide Lafiyr before they where killed by the blood thirsty beasts. Since then Lafiry has been wandering the world in search of somewhere he can call home, and maybe even make some friends. Ever since that interaction he has been scared about what may be out there. As he stands up he ask's the hag one final question, "Where can I find home."
