Eryx is a 98-year-old dark elf who was born deep within the Forest of Iryalen, a realm known for its wood elves and their strong bond with nature. Though not a wood elf himself, he was raised among them, learning their customs, their respect for the wilds, and their devotion to the primordial gods. Growing up in a forest shaped by druidism, Eryx developed both physical strength and a deep understanding of survival in nature. However, his darker appearance and differences often made him feel like an outsider despite his efforts to belong.
As he grew older, Eryx began to question where he truly fit in, feeling torn between his identity and the culture he was raised in. Eventually, he chose to leave the Forest of Iryalen to discover his own path and purpose beyond the only home he had ever known.
