Born in the shadowed reaches of a dark elf forest he was raised among a secretive dark elf enclave that valued else. discipline, stealth, and survival above all his parents were both skilled hunters his mother a scout who mapped the winding caverns and forests of the forest and his father a blade master who trained the enclave’s younger generation. From an early age, he and his siblings were taught to move unseen speak little and trust only their own kind, growing up in an environment where weakness was quickly exposed.
Despite his training, he never fully embraced the isolationist mindset of his people. He often questioned why their kind remained hidden while the rest of the realm thrived beyond the forest borders. As he grew older, tensions formed between him and the enclave’s leaders, especially after he began secretly venturing closer to trade routes and observing outsiders. Eventually, his curiosity was seen as a liability rather than a strength.
At 30 years old, after a final dispute with his father and the elders, he chose exile over submission. Leaving behind his family and the only home he had ever known, he set out into the wider realm, driven by a need to understand the world beyond the shadows. Now, he wanders between settlements within the current realm using the skills he was raised with to survive while quietly searching for a purpose that goes beyond the rigid life he left behind
