Nirael was born into a family of 5 others in Haelun'or. His dad, his mom and his siblings. (1 sister and 2 brothers) At his birth Nirael suffered his first loss with his birth bring the death of his mother. His father was a soldier a good swordsman in his own right. 2 years later as Nirael grew up news came from a battle against a small raiding party of Orcs and goblins. His father and both his brothers were captured. 5 years later they weren't returned and presumed dead leaving Nirael with his elder sister who was a great archer. Nirael lived in peace for a while with his sister as she took care of him. At the time Nirael turned 15 his sister had left him with nothing to pursue a new life of riches just to die to bandits 2 years later. Nirael who had traveled around nearby elf lands never found a permanent home till he made his way over a small orc and goblin camp who were overtaken by plague. He had taken the small riches he could find and went back home to Haelun'or where he would have enough to survive till he was 18. At his name day of 18 Nirael made a vow to avenge his family by killing the impure green beast that killed his family and imprisoned his brothers and father.
