Vaeryn Arayra was born somewhere around the Viridian Enclave. He was a pure blooded dark elf born and raised around the common folks. His parents ran a small business funded by a powerful dark elven house until everything went south when they went into a heavy financial decline. His early teens weren’t always sunshine and rainbows, at the age of five he got sold to an orphanage, he was deeply hurt by this decision as he didn’t even know why all of this was unfolding before him. His last conversation with his mother was a core memory to him, remembering fragments of their conversation from time to time. Constant reassurance that they would come back for him one day kept replaying in his mind until he slowly forgot their faces. Their voices kept getting more blurry over time, only words lingered in his mind. The orphanage was pretty pristine from the outside but within those walls it was completely neglected by the caretakers, the other kids never paid attention to it as they were pretty autonomous and used to this environment. Vaeryn had a hard time socializing with his peers, knowing that deep down he doesn’t view them as equals, after all he still thought that his parents were going to come back for him. After a few years of isolation he began to think what the world on the outside would look like, the faces of his loved ones completely vanished from his memory, leaving him with a longing feeling of warmth. One day, the little dark elf ran away, leaving his past behind, wandering through busy streets. Surviving by himself wasn’t as easy as he thought, he had to learn the value of caution and self reliance, only relying on his own wit and strengths he picked up from the other urchins. He attempted to take honest labour but when that wasn’t an option he resorted to thievery, doing anything just to survive one more day. His hands were very quick, his feet nimble and careful as he taught himself to become invisible among crowds and busy streets. The supplies he would obtain from his thievery would often be shared with others he deemed in need, despite years of loneliness he still had morals and sympathy for people. As years passed, the resentment from his abandonment only grew even more, everyday he visited the orphanage in secret, in hopes that one day they would actually return, but they never did. Deep down he knew that he still longed for a family, but he decided to just suppress these feelings that he labeled as “weakness”. At the age of ten, Vaeryn Arayra sets out on a journey around the Viridian Enclave, in hopes of finding a new purpose of his own.

Vaeryn Arayra was born somewhere within the Viridian Enclave. His early memories were very blurry, but growing up among the commoners, he learned the value of caution and self-reliance from a very early age, emphasizing that survival depended on awareness and wit rather than strength. While his peers dreamed about status, power, and glory, Vaeryn always kept his head down and observed the world and people around him. His life took a dark turn when his only parents abandoned him at the age of seven, and so alone without anyone to protect him, he wandered around the Viridian Enclave, surviving on his own. Vaeryn's memories of his parents slowly faded over time, at a certain point he could no longer even recall their faces, still deep within his heart he longed for the warmth of a family. As time passed, he became used to the nomadic life, travelling to cities, towns, and settlements, taking honest jobs in exchange for food and supplies. The pain he felt slowly became numb, a small reminder that the path ahead wasn't always going to be easy, especially when honest work wasn't always available, he relied on his quick hands and careful footing to survive, resorting to theft while learning how to move through crowds and busy streets unnoticed. He would often share a portion of his stolen supplies with people in need, showing that even during difficult times, he never lost his sense of compassion for other people. Years of experience and hardships refined his instincts and awareness, teaching him patience, restraint, and adaptability but at the end, his biggest flaw was his inability to rely on or trust anyone but himself. Althought Vaeryn Arayra did not possess any grand ambitions, he continued to travel around in search of a purpose, believing that there is something more to this life.
