Lorenka Scubbard was raised solely by an elderly woman within a little abandoned village in the woods. Thanks to her adoptive mother's accent, Lorenka speaks in a fairly steryotypical southern drawl. Given her adoptive mother was too old for most labour, in Lorenka's youth she began doing tasks such as farming, construction and occasionally tailoring. Given Lorenka and her mother lived alone, there was minimal opportunity for healthcare beyond basic herbology and with age, Lorenka's mother grew unwell by the time Lorenka turned 23, her mother passed away leaving Lorenka alone. As a result, Lorenka grew bored of the isolated life she'd been left with and went out to explore the world- as a result of not having any social life beyond her Mother, she comes across as overly enthusiastic and generally naive of the world.
