"Allright, If this happened to me, I'd tell my recruits to, without the bandits seeing them, go round the "toll" to round them up, then I'd approach them and ask them what they are doing, depending on the answer, my reaction would differ, if they said they were about to leave, I'd tell the recruits to watch them as they go, and if they decide to come back, to arrest/fine them. If they said the truth, and would persist in their stubborn mood, I'd ask them to leave, if they didnt want to, I'd arrest them, If they Resisted, I'd Attack them, but that would be extreme, since I'd have the recruits helping me arrest them, I guess they would leave, seeing themselves chased by "Trained" Swordsmen, finally, if they got arrested, We would fine them, all the money they Stole plus what the rule book says."

Describe Yourself : I am a tall male, slightly over than average build and am skilled in combat aswell as neutral activities, like farming and mining, I am tactical and am good with delivering speeches.
Why should we recruit you? : I would be a worthy member to the Oren Guard and beable to help keep peace, order and prosperity whilst fighting the undead at the same time.
What are your strengths? Weaknesses? : My strengths are fighting with a team, leading me into battle and motiviating my comrades. My weaknesses would be a sometimes poor connections and fighting several armed personnel at a time.

Ambitions For The Future? : My ambitions would be to own a house, and earn a suitable living, I despise bandits in any form and love hunting them down like the dogs they are.

[+Points For Thinking About It And Being More, Tactical] :Me and the 2 recruits would devise a plan to secure the area around the orcs and flank them and to not attack anyone unless they attack us first then we would set off on our journey towards to the toll i would apporach from the front the others from the left and right we would ask them to leave multiple times and we warn them unless you leave will use force and bring them back to a jail if they say no we cuff them and if they attack us we attack back and we bring the cuff ones back

Why should we recruit you? : I have had a lot of experience in battle and I think I would just be perfect for the place. Also all them battles don't mean nothing, its a sign for me to protect Ageis and everyone in it so my inspiration brings me here.
What are your strengths? Weaknesses? : I really hate bandits, there just scum however I really like kicking there ass, its what I do. But I don't like be crowded by bandits because I'm a little sensitive.

Ambitions For The Future? : To make friends and fulfill my dreams. And make Ageis a better and safer place to live in because I find that people don't care what they do in front of children, they just don't care and that's why i want to change that.

I would go over there as ordered and ask them about there business of being there, if they don't ask, I would arrest them and take them were they belong, if they try to escape I would chase after them but I'l will never give up on my job so I would keep running even if I'm tired. As I chase the man I would jump and tackle him onto the floor and chain him/them up and take them to the execution chamber if I have to but I would journey on to the prison to deliver the bad packages.

Describe Yourself : I have been computer gaming for nearly 16 years. I've ranged from Hardcore MMO raider to competitive FPS gaming. I've only been playing minecraft for roughly 1 year. I feel I'm extremely competent and skilled player. I have a partner called Hannah who i have been dating for nearly 7 years and we are about to have our first baby in November.
Why should we recruit you? : I want to help the Oren from bandits and undead, master my skills, and become an honorable warrior.
What are your strengths? Weaknesses? : I am very accurate with the bow, specially with the POV set to maximum, very good at sword fighting, also trying to do max hits to my enemies by jumping, I believe in am a person with no weakness; however, I may encounter them as I keep playing, but in short time practice and overcome them.

[+Points For Thinking About It And Being More, Tactical] : First I will command the recruits to head back and try to sneak behind the bandits silently, just in case the attack. While they sneak, I will ask the bandits why do they want to pass. As they start to lie about their reasons to pass, I send a signal to my two recruits. They will charge their bows to the bandits, without them knowing. I now address the bandits and ask them peacefully to leave, if they refuse, I send a signal to my two recruits and start attacking the bandits, giving us an advantage and better chances to defeat them.

I would sneak around the back of the camp, in the dead of night, when their visability is low, with one of the recriuts. Next I would see how many bandits there were. If there were too many for me to handle on my own, I would get some reinforcements. Then I would start attacking them when they least expected it, while the other recruit would go to high ground and start shooting them with arrows. Making sure that no one got away.

Your Experience :I've done bad things.. I attempted to rob a man but he ran off to the military, I was stopped and I'm in their debt for not throwing me in jail! I've reported a few crimes in the town of Al'Khazar.
Describe Yourself : I can keep law and order at times, I can threaten people well and use my skills to persuade them not to do things.
Why should we recruit you? : Well, If I can't get a non-evil job ill turn back to crime to earn money, and I love the beauty of Al'Khazar and I'd love to work there!
What are your strengths? Weaknesses? : Swordfighting, ((Roleplaying!)), hunting, exploring and talking to people. Although my weaknesses are that I'm only good with a sword, any other weapon I am hopeless with, and that I do not know much about the undead.

:A group of bandits are camped on the Kings Road. Ordering a toll for passing. Its only you and two other recruits on duty. You decide to grab some armour and head out there. What do you do? [+Points For Thinking About It And Being More, Tactical] : Wait until its quiet, and then me and the other recruits storm in, we made a plan that one man would sneak behind the bandit camp, ready to ambush. Me and the other man would have bows at the ready and stay at a distance, to try and negotiate with them. We'd tell them to either come back to the castle and be fined/arrested, Or resist arrest. If the bandits resist arrest we will shout a certain keyword which will let the man behind the camp know that they are resisting arrest, at which point we will all ambush the men, but give them a chance to give themselves up.
If the men offer to go back to the castle, me and the man I'm with will escort them, the man who was ready to ambush the bandits will stay close behind in case any of them make a run for it.

What are your strengths? Weaknesses? : I believe my strength is how easy to get along with i am. I've befriended many people. My weakness, ironically, is my friends. I wont see any of them in harms way.

Once that has been sent i would tell the two recruits to stay hidden. Then, i would send a bird to my friend, who shall remain nameless for his and my own safety, as he seems to have quite a few accomplices who could help someone at a time like this. Once they had arrived i would give the bandits a warning, gone or be killed. If they accepted that warning, they would be spared. If not, we would attack.

And i would try to make an ambush in the forest (if there are any trees) and shoot arrows at them to make them weak and then Strike when they are injured and then we might catch them or kill them but i would try to jail them.

Experience: since a very young age i have been using weapons to fend off dangerous animals and at the age of 18 i have been fighting off more dangerous creatures to protect my sick father.
Describe yourself: i a very young muscular man, i am quite short and fighting is in my blood. i would like to become a part of the Oren Military as my mother was slaughtered by orcs and i wish to protect others from suffering the same fate. i am very loyal and i am good at following orders but it is my ambition to lead rather than follow.
Why should we recruit you?: i should be recruited because i wish to serve in our army and fight for our citizens. i will follow all orders without question and help lead the Oren Military to victory.
What are your strengths? weaknesses?: i am a very strong fighter and i am more than capable of handling a weapon. however i have a big temper and when things are not going as planned i can get extremely frustrated.
Do you know how to handle a weapon?: i am more than capable of handling a weapon as i was introduced to weapons at a very young age. my weapon of choice is a double handed broad sword
but i can still use a axe effectively.
What are your ambitions for the future?: in the future i wish to become a great military leader that had lead our army to many great victories.
What would your character do in this situation?: in a situation like that i would send the two soldiers i have with me to run around behind the orcs while i approach them as a distraction. whilst the orcs are distracted the soldiers would run behind them with thier sworlds to the throats of the orcs and them to surrender. the orcs would then face a trail to decide their fates.

Your Experience :Was in the guard previously and went on a hiatus due to a crisis in the family. I was in a few skirmishes with the undead and personally executed a follower.
Describe Yourself : Torque is a brash, brooding person. His personality comes out rarely but when it does it is clear he has had a hard life. He is calm and calculating, but can also be viciously violent at times.
Why should we recruit you? : I am an honest, hard working man. I can get the job done quickly, calmly and, when required, quietly. I am fair in decisionsbut when judgement is made, the justice that follows is swift.
What are your strengths? Weaknesses? : I am good with a sword, and can sort situations out easily. A weakness of mine is my somewhat stonefaced personality.
Do you know how to handle a weapon? [sword/Axe Skill Level] : I can handle a sword very well. (skills down).
Ambitions For The Future? : I wish to serve the guard to the best of my ability and perhaps find a larger career in the military, wherever that may be.
What would your character do in the following situation.
:A group of bandits are camped on the Kings Road. Ordering a toll for passing. Its only you and two other recruits on duty. You decide to grab some armour and head out there. What do you do? [+Points For Thinking About It And Being More, Tactical] :
I would first send out birds with messages out to nearby cities and towns asking for aid and seeing if anybody within the city would be willing to help. Following this I would first scout ahead to find out as much information as possible on said bandits. I would then decide if an ambush would be necessary. If they had more numbers and better armour than us, I would try for a diplomatic resolution first. This may include a bribery if need be. If this wouldn't work, an ambush would then be set having the two other guards on highground if availiable with bows. Hopefully a swift strike would discourage them enough to send them off. If not, a retreat to the walls of Al'Khazar , being the defensible location they are, would be necessary.
