I am one of two children. My elder brother, Helven Darkholm, was the best marksman in our small village. He’s the one who taught me how to hunt. He was supposed to inherit my fathers business but during an orcish raid my dear brother fell. I was the one who found his body. I ran to my family home to get my parents, but when we returned he was gone. They took him! My mother believed me, for she saw his fatal blow, but my father refused to think that the next head of the family was dead. He believed that the orcs just took him, so he kicked me out of the village to bring my brother back. So that’s what I plan to do.
