As such we were defenseless against the bandit raid party that would destroy our way of life. I was just to be born. Before our town was completely besieged, my mother and father, the last survivors of our village, fled to the Cloud Temple of Aegis. The journey was long, and took it's toll on their travels. The bandits would leave no survivors. They came onto my parents at the break of dawn. My father was mortally wounded, but stood long enough to see the last bandit fall with him. Mother finally reached the Cloud Temple of Aegis where she gave birth to me.
