Could there come some more houses/shops in al'khazar some one stole my house

hello iam rapptor13 i was going to buy a house in al´khazar after the event in the arena i asked the king to buy the house after he didnt respond and he went offline after so now a other person moved in to my house now i still dont have a house i think this is not fair could i please get my house because some one started a potion shop in it :x
