Character’s Personality:

Weaknesses: Easily Manipulated, Has fake leg (prosthetic) because of previous Amputations. Is to quick to attack the giant Red Cubes.

Strengths: Unarmed Skill (80), Knows no hate or greed. Does not fear death and will not cheat it.

Why do you (as a player) wish for your character to possess magical abilities?:

My character has been shaped directly around the principles of Knowledge, Learning, and Understanding. Having tried for the Monks, he has decided to take an alternate path and find a proper instructor to aid him in learning. With the possession of magic, One could think of my character as Merlin. Merlin uses his powers to levitate books for instance, or to speed read. Of course my instructor does not teach speed reading, but the idea is the same.

Under what conditions would your character be unable to use his/her magic?:

Other than the obvious (sleeping, under water, dead,) My character can not Cast while Under close quarters, as my character uses magic for his learning and not specifically for fighting.

How long will it take for your character to become an “Adept” with this/these subtype(s) (Adept: Skilled with said subtype, but not a master. Grading the skills on a scale of 1 to 10, Adept would be 6 out of 10.): Four Months to become, good, at this magic.

What alignment is your character? (chaotic neutral, lawful neutral, True neutral, chaotic evil, lawful evil, neutral evil, chaotic good, lawful good, neutral good) This helps determine “how” your character might go about using their magical ability: True Good (this part is very confusing for me, and I hope I did not answer the wrong one.)

Write up a short situation of how you would go about RP’ing magic? Such as methods, requirements etc. (This section allows for you to write how YOU would RP magic in your own environment without being put into a situation your character wouldn’t be in.):

)Young_Boy is in sanctuary

)An elf Approaches Young_boy in sanctuary and begins to chant rhythmic murmurs. Smoke begins to surround Young_Boy.

)Young_Boy uses evocation powers to control precipitation in smoke, causing it to slowly settle to ground in a small puddle of water and smoke.

)Elf encloses Young_Boy is circle of void salt. In a circle of void salt flame, the Young_Boy is slowly heating up.

)Young_Boy controls small pools of water in sanctuary to douse Void salt and douse Elf.

)Elf screeches with pain before summoning a wisp of air to carry him off.

A biography of your character, five paragraphs at least. Illustrate your character's life and what lead him/her/it to the practice of magic:

In the small village where My character was born, each infant is born with a random amount of periodical dots. Dots that represented the times of great change in their life. Most are born with one, or maybe two. If you are born with three, it means that you are destined to lead the tribe. My character, was the only one ever born with five. He was destined for greater things.

Upon birth, all infant boys must mark one dot on their head in addition to the natural ones. This symbolizes that the infant will follow the journey of his life and create a new one in the end times. Until the boy completes his original 5 journeys, not including his marking, he cannot be named, For naming is a binding of pride. To be bound would make you unable to finish each journey.

Many days after the Young_Boy's birth, a great flood brushed through, destroying the long and hard work of the tribe! Fleeing for their lives, the tribe members vanished and quite possibly died in their attempts to save their own lives. The Young_Boy was saved by an unknown being which many surviving tribe members thought to be a Daemon.

16 years later, and the Young_Boy has completed 3 of his original 5 journeys: Surviving the flood, stumbling onto Allusion,and finally having his leg amputated from the medics. He now holds Humble eyes to all that pass him, never to insult a soul. Bowing has created a strong back, and a stronger heart. He knows of no hate, greed, or lust, and does not fight other than the Taint of the lands (Mobs).

He strives to learn the most in life, and as the great book, Duties of a Mage, "Those who seek knowledge Diligently, deserve the answer of truth." This has been the lines that had sparked the Young_Boy to meet Gladius_Moonstrike. Gladius and the Young_Boy spoke of the magic with such passion that Gladius offered to take the Young_Boy as an apprentice If he could answer the following question correctly. This question was meant to test his faith and true intentions with the arts of the Magi:

"When I as first introduced to my Master, she asked me to choose between Knowledge and Understanding. What do you think she meant?"

The Young_Boy had decided on his answer, although it was incorrect... The Young_Boy had answered Knowledge, because of the pure lines of text from within the Monk Library. Gladius explained that true Understanding is to see the full meaning of each entity in the world, knowledge is to know of existence, of becoming but not of its true placement in the world.

Traveling to all parts of Allusion's mystical libraries, the Young_Boy had learned almost all there is to know of the Magical arts, from staves, to Void magics, to the Six Books of the Druidic Order. But the Young_Boy still longs to learn. And always will.

You have a small box. How might your character lift it using magic?:

Surrounding the box in water to slowly raise it off the grown, Unfortunately, the box began to sog with water, rendering it useless.

As you walk towards the Human Lands, taking the southern road, you pass a group of Tribal men, followers of the Blood Mages. They are arguing with a group of cloaked, masked men, concerning their “Red Gods.” The two groups spit venomous words back and forth and, soon, everyone draws their weapons. One of the tribal men suddenly turns to you, yelling out: “Whose side are ya on?! That of the Red Gods, or these heretics?!” What do you do?:

Young_Boy bows respectfully before explaining that he must take no side in the mater. ((in other words... N/A))

Travelling along the Western Road, you hear muffled yells and shouts from nearby. Moving towards the sound, you stumble upon the entrance to a dark, damp cave. The shouts echo loudly from the cave’s maw and you slowly advance into it only to find the inside sticky with web. Screeching echoes from inside and you quicken your step and as you round a corner you are immediately knocked back by the large leg of a gigantic spider. A small cut appears on your stomach as you stumble to your feet; you barely note the injured man to your right as an armored woman suddenly steps to your side, her sword drawn. The injured man is armored and armed and appears as if he could fight, were he in good health. What do you do?

"Hold your breath," exclaims Young_Boy as he Channels the humidity in the air around the spider and the warrior, as well as himself. ((assuming that the spider accepts my roleplay)) As the humidity fills the air, the spider is forced back by lack of pure oxygen!

You arrive in the dark, shaded woods of Elandriel. As you walk through the shade of the trees, a cloaked slave of the Mori’quessir suddenly leaps from behind the trunk of a tree, grabbing at you and knocking whatever staff, sword, or other weapon you may have strapped to your side or back to the ground. They quickly kick it across the floor, approaching you slowly with a wicked laugh, slowly placing their hands on the shackles at their side. You dart your eyes around quickly, seeing no one in sight to assist you, the area full of trees and verdant green grass. What do you do?

You stand on the edge of the Renatian docks, staring out to the crisp blue sea. As you turn to leave you hear a loud “thud” from beneath you and hear two men cursing to each other. “Damnit! I told you to be bloody careful!” one of the men spits out in a harsh tone. “Sorry, Cap’n...I didn’t mean ta’...” the other man replies in a timid, almost scared tone. “Bah...Whatever. Jus’ hurreh it up. We’ve gotta finish this n’ get back ta’ the bakery fer’ wenches and ale!” The man lets out a hearty laugh and you cautious crawl over to the edge of the dock, peering underneath it you spy a small row boat stocked full of crates of TnT. Men in raggedy outfits who stink of the sea are lugging it under the dock, obviously preparing to blow the whole thing. What do you do?

Young_Boy begins to gather the water from the sea to the area below the ship, Condensing it to a point that it begins to boil. As the bandits notice the boiling, Young_Boy releases the water causing it to shoot out in all directions slamming the boat against the bottom of the docks, and wetting most TNT.
