    • Do you hold / have you held any other staff positions?

      • Before I was a FM up till Asulon where I got cursed, I mean promoted, to GM for good while before the Orenian Exodus in 3.0. I was also part of the OG Warclaim team when Warclaims first came to be, I can not recall if that was a legitimate Staff position or not.

    • What MMORPG/video games have you/do you play (past and present)? In order from first to latest.

      • WoW (Vanilla to WOTLK)

      • Gw1

      • Minecraft (Mainly LOTC/Random pvp servers.)

      • GW2

      • FF14

      • WoW again

      • For Single player games list would be Witcher 1, 2, 3. DA series, Warcraft Series, Strarcraft Series, Diablo Series... maybe I should stop before I just list off my Battlenet hours and Steam Library.

    • What are your characters? Are you willing to sacrifice any to become a event team member?

      • My two Active characters currently are Uthor Silverblade and Braxis Silverblade, in the future I would fully allowing Braxis to be sacrificed for an event/storyline/etc.  At this moment though I would probably leave Uthor be as he is just a big, tall violent grandpa (Think Reinhardt from Overwatch.) Who doesn't leave the city/house as much as he should.

    • What race / group do you think your events would best cater to? If none in particular, give an example of the type of group that your events would entertain.

      • Most of the event ideas I have wouldn't really go for one Race in mind but would be scattered about the road. In small towns, big cities, roads, etc.

    • What do you believe are key factors for a successful event?

      • Communication (Both during the events and when listening for feedback)

      • Consistency

      • Immersion for the players and actors involved in the event or story line

      • Player involvement, allowing the players and their actions to sway the path of the event or story line

      • Being prepared, such as having a little google doc of the basic path of the event and possibly paths to take if "X" "Y" Or "Z" is done to help give ideas for the event to grow and nurture.

      •

    • What strengths could you contribute to the event department? Are you knowledgeable in lore or great at organizing?

      • I have become a very organized person over the years with leading and Co-leading various Rp guilds and groups through my last 4ish to 5ish years just bouncing between MMO's normally sticking to a guild or two 1-2 years before burnout occurs. As well it has given me alot of DM experience over the years from Free form and various rolling styles for Rp fighting on large scales, searching, exploring, and so much more that I would gladly install into possible events for LOTC players to enjoy.

    • Why do you want to be part of the ED?

      • I had helped ET a bit out in 3.0 with helping the friends with events and idea pushing and since then had enjoyed the idea of becoming an ET member. As it seemed to be an enjoyable role to help storycraft and Dm various events for all members to partake and enjoy. But burnout and massive amount of friends leaving the game killed that chance for it to happen. Honestly, now seems like a good time to apply and hope I get to provide events for LOTC members to enjoy.

    • Create three distinct RP scenarios/events based on LOTC lore that you would organize. These are pitches to the managers and the lead, not to the community. Note: not all of the group must be handled at once. Eg: 20+ people via 5 person increments in a dungeon.

      • My First event idea would be the Misadventures of a "Legendary" Monster Slayer and Adventurer. Where a small to medium group of adventurers stumble across this "World Renown." In tracking down and slaying a monster of most vile of evils, rescuing a rich merchants wayward child, hunting down a lost and valuable artifact. Only to find out that this guy isn't really what he claims to be and becomes a bit of a Action-Comedy themed event line. This event would be best aimed for 5-10 people perhaps 15 at the very most.

    • Second, would be a wandering Scholar of old who would play the role of a frail, soon to be decaying man. Testing the wits, hearts, cunning and such of many strangers. If they are to pass his trials upon stumbling upon him in their travels he would bestow upon them a gift. This event would be aimed for 2-5 people at most, meant to be a little road side rp for people to encounter when running about.

    • Another 10-15 scale event Idea I would have is finding a populated area, normally not a major city but a small town or little roadstop, outpost etc. A cursed being of sorts appears, shouting and bellowing down towards the folk below. Telling them the bells have tolled, time for them to shelter their weak, their young and old. Everyone shall pay the final price, cry for mercy. The reckoning has come! Then a few building below would ignite in flames, the people would need to quickly put out the fires while being mocked from above. Upon putting out the flames and cursing about plans foiled, pending on the amount of people he would beckon the ones able to fight to follow. Then with the aid of another actor or two the group would be divided and each would need to rply fight their own mini-boss like character in groups of 3-5. Upon defeating the unholy pyromaniac players in the events would have chance to earn items that would be of the creatures previous ownership, a token of their valor and possible to use for if he ever returns.

    •

    • How long do you plan to stay on the ED?

      • Either until my kidneys second attempt to kill me happens or until I retire. Again

    • Tell me a joke!

      • Your WoW Panda Lover's bald head

It took Silverfist days to find the tome, and several more to convince the monks of the Cloud Temple to allow him to copy it. After receiving the tome, Silverfist set out to found a new, better, and more stable Order, one that could protect the Descendants after the passing of the Ascended. With his new holy powers, Silverfist fought against the Undead, inspiring other Descendants to become clerics and join the war against the Corruptor.

The Clerical Order remained after the transition to Asulon. However, it was in this time that patrons of the Order, Aengudaemonic and Dwarven, secretly relinquished their blessings upon their clerics. Tahariae. The Prophet Thrym Silverfist led them as they watched over Asulon, healing and slaying as they were needed. The cleric Areon Baldwin, especially, is remembered for his great deeds. So the Order stood, even through the fleeing of Asulon to Kalos and Elysium. It was in this time that the blessings of the Aenguls were withdrawn, and the clerics were without a patron.

Soon after the arrival to Anthos, Braxis Silversmile, once a cleric of Aeriel and Prophet of the Clerical Order, received a vision of a brilliant golden stag. It named itself Tahariae, the patron Aengul of Purity, and told the cleric of how the clerical patrons of old had abandoned them during the flee of the Descendants to Asulon, and that He had been the one who had been blessing the clerics. He called upon Silversmile to establish a new Order in His name, an Order of purity, justice, and an unwavering dedication to the destruction of taint and evil in the realm. With no hesitation, Silversmile submitted to the Aengul’s will, thus founding the clerics of Tahariae.

Bumping this age old thread for a few reasons. In 2.0 some information is off, SUCH AS Braxis SilverBLADE  T.T pls, Silversmile is my troll name

    Onto the serious topic now,

-Silverfist did much fighting against the Undead but not much in the clerical orders name. Back then were mainly healed and handed bread to people. Doing roles suited to Ascended and Monks before IC player monks were a thing. As for when he left near the end of Aegis he gave the Order to Myself and Hosper, making the more active at the time, Braxis the Prophet. In 2.0 for 90% of it I led the Clerical Order, not Thrym fully. At the start of 2.0 Thrym was around OOCly but did not have anymore IC grip. As he was our Lore-Owner and basically go to for Clerical Questions.

-Also, there is little to no mention of the "Trial of The Patron." of the Early 2.0 Era that Brax and other High ranking Clerics back then went through, only one who did not was Hosper due to IRL leave and Brax's pupil at the time Wardog/Baldwin.

-There was also the Accords made with the Orenian Empire when Godfrey shortly conquered/took Hanseti and united the 3 Human Kingdoms. And the drama/events/etc that happened and help lead to Chaquery's Clerical Order of the Creator. (Clerical Pyro's) But I do not know if that is canon still or if the magic was just fully adsorbed as I do see similar spells of theirs in the Warden's document.

Minus the following points above, this post was a great help and a bloody fanastic read to see it in such splendid detail. You get a whoppin' +1 from this OG Aegis Cleric and Co-Taharaie Creator. (

-1, nothing will change if he gets in the LT, nothing at all.

    Wait Meg's a dude? ****, everything I knew was a lie.

On a more serious note, Meg has my support. We'd bicker about lore all the time always seemed to had solid standing points and a clear head. +1

  3. Clerics cannot regenerate limbs. Perhaps re-attach a finger but they can't produce flesh and bone with their magic.

Shush you, stop making sense, this is a place for shouting and snarky comments! On a serious note, yes the limb is required for us to put it back on.They want their arm back but have no arm to give us? Tough luck, go to the Monks or start shovin' all the bread in your face.

    your lack of chill

    No one can heal that.

There should really be no clerics around healing entire limbs unless it is rather fresh and the owner of said limb has it in their possession. Of course a finger, toe or the outside of the ear are possible but not legs, arms or even hands. If this is happening it is not part of the cleric lore that needs to be reported. Feel free to contact one of the members of the LT or Itharel if you see this happening as it is lore breaking and should not be occurring.

As for it making medical rp "pointless" , it is a magical realm with gods that intervene in the world. Medieval style medical practices would not likely compete with such a power. Yet there are still many people who do conventional medicine for the roleplay and at the end of the day it is because those players enjoy it. If one can't enjoy roleplay because there is someone out there who can potentially preform the skill better I would suggest looking into a different branch of roleplay.

Lastly on the topic of the players returning at later times with their limbs attached. I feel like this is more that reasonable. One player should not be able to completely alter another players character from a single RP session. If the player wants to continue their character with the disability it should be there choice. Should the player be open to evolving their character through the roleplay? Yes most likely but if they feel there is a lower quality of rp for them after this I see so issue with them going to the monks so they may continue to play the character they have been working on.

Hosper, take all my +1's. But yes over a while it should be decently reasoanble for a player to have thier eyes or limbs grow back. Back in Aegis I had forced limb or eye eating -GLARING AT YOU VARDAK WORSE GUARDCAPTAIN NA- (Jk pls no eat my eyes again) just roll with it for a few days then have Monks or someone with the equivalent skil bring them back. Which now days idk who that is if there is any. If any cleric is regrowing limbs from nothing, contact Hosper, Daniel, or myself. That level of healing is not possible unless the cleric in question is a older and well seasoned one. A new cleric doing such is suicide, even more to be able to reattach a limb is risky healing as it weakens the cleric big time, and sometimes even knocks 'em cold for the veterans too.

  4. The Aged cleric pulled down his hood, his icy blue eyes scanning all of the bickering arrivals slowly shaking his head disapproving on how separated, and how childish some clerics have become. He muttered lightly to himself "Why" for a moment before he stood gripping the Metal War-Staff of Tahariae's Prophet in hand. His once light brown hair is now aged silver and white, although his skin yet fair. As the aged cleric stood a necklace dangled from his neck the symbol of the Prophet of Justice, the last prophet of The Order and First of Tahariae. A brilliant silver with golden details and four blue gems matching the symbol of the order of old. His calming gaze looked over the room once more before focusing on Katari.

"You best listen to the Itharel, it does not matter of your personnel opinion young one but the opinion of our patron. I remeber the struggle the clerics faced when the Aengul's left us, and we all scavanged and clung to what little holy power was left within our world. Until Tahariae was discovered by the Prophet of Justice. When I approached by the voice of justice and purity itself, Tahariae had blessed us with power once more for Tahariae was the Aengul that saw the order reborn and I was the herald, the prophet. Tahariae's voice does indeed echo from Daniel, as a witness to his dark pass but redeemed and now brings justice and purity. Although at times, justice is a cost that will have gruesome prices, he is willing to take that price and they haunt him to his grave. Such as I did in the days of old, our job to keep the land with holy justice and purity is not an easy road. But daring to back talk one of the Patron's voices gives our patron reason to strip their blessings from you young one. Be wary with your words, for going against the Prophet of Justice, the Ithariel, and even your fellow clerics greater or lesser is an act that Tahariae does not like. If you continue to allow your personnel views to give you disfavor to Taharie's favor, then you do not deserve our patrons respect."

His words finished, his voice was calm and soothing but it the echo made his voice loud and being able to be heard by all.  "Remember our powers are a blessing, and a privilege not a right. You turn against your brothers, sisters and patron and the Light will see you stripped of that privilege." His gaze then turned to Jakir.

"If you are truly still loyal to Justice, and Purity even though you admit to not having Tahariae's favor, either giving up your blessing and bearing the scar of removal on your willingly or forced. Then I ask kindly, listen as if you continue to fight and bicker only proves otherwise. Actions over words prove loyalty, when the time comes prove to the Itharel. Tahariae will guide you and justice will be done. Thus, loyalty proven." With his words finished he sat back down, his hood remaining down and his etched staff resting within his lap. His gaze staying steadfast with his calm features gazing forward not at anyone specifically.

  5. Simple silver robes with a thing sapphire blue trim dawned with the symbols the Clerical Prophet of War. He, the older one of the two already sitting and awaiting thier fellow brothers and sisters of the Clerical arts sat there waiting. The halls remained silent and empty as the two simply sat and meditated. Soon the silence was broken by the elder cleric lightly muttering the Hymm of the Original Clerical Order, a Hymm not heard since the days of Aegis, Asulon, forgotten in the times of the third world traveled by the wayward sons and daughters of Aegis.

As the Hymm ends the elder Cleric went silent once more, his ancient staff of the War Cleric resting in his lap. Etched within the metal staff marks of old, marks of the order, and marks of the third prophet of Tahariae thought to be lost. His eyes open as the voice rings through his ears. In an aged, raspy voice he spoke. "They call has been sent my once pupil, now we wait and pray." He let loose a deep breath through his lips before his eyes shut once more and he began meditating again.

  6. Uthor tilted his head as he read the paper smiling as he sat down searching for a quill and inkwell. Once it is in hand he wrote and sent a letter over to Maric.

    "Good eve, Knight Commander Maric.

It is good to see the origins of this Empire's very creation is being protected by the ones who will not dare lose ourselves to History. Consider House Silverblade an ally to this League. I remember when House Silverblade and others help bring House Horen back to the throne and Godfrey was a simple king. If there is a way to help preserve what it means to be a Heartlander feel no problem in seeking me to speak with. As long as nothing of treason occurs, but we are both faithful knights so I know there is no need to worry about that.

Rest well and Creator guide you friend.

    - Uthor Silverblade, Knight Captain of Oren.

  7. Gub wakes in some random place in the orc lands. The heavily beaten in the head goblin, who once called Pok his father has one of these papers, a stray one land in his face. The goblin peers at the paper as if he was reading and studying it. He then laughed to himself "Hurhur, Gub nu reed" he then and ate the paper,  curling up in a ball and went right back to his nap.

  8.  Ser Uthor Silverblade The Steadfast, Knight of the Old Order of the Red Dragon and Oren, hailing from Furnestock. Knighted for his undying Loyalty and military service in the Service of Oren, by Emperor Godfrey Horen. This older but able tower of Knight seeks to retake his vows to keep his service to the Crown of the Oren.

  9. Uthor nods to Daniel as he brought him a small pile of notices "Many thanks my friend." Daniel bowed his head to Uthor "I'll see if there are any more ser." Uthor shifted through the small pile of notices humming an old Orenian tune to himself.

((All added thanks so far, also Vekrus Bronn was Uthor's brother so you would be a Nephew :P I can treat you like a grandkid though ;3 )

  10. Uthor, the aged giant of a man  was looked to Daniel and handed him some papers "Take this my old friend and ride to the Silverblades you know, or what properties they own. Leave it for them to see. I pray to the creator my Children hear...I fear of what their fates may be... " Daniel nods to Uthor "Yes Grand s- ...Er I meany my Du-..Er...I mean Ser." The both laughed "Its fine Ser Baelish, but its just Ser Uthor or Ser Silverblade now."

The letters were placed at the various locations the Silverblades own, if any there was anymore besides the forge in Petrus. each one would state the following

"Hail, son or daughter of the silver bloodline. I write this to you to help gather our house, I return and have been informed some we are scattered. I am Ser Uthor Silverblade, house lord of old, and once Duke of Furnestock. I write this to you, my fellow Silverblades to see who still breaths and wish to recreate our honorable and duty bound family seek me at the Stafyr Bakery or send word to Ser Daniel Baelish. May the Creator guide you all, and long live Oren."

    -Uthor Silverblade.

Hey Guys! Been a while but I am back on LoTc for a bit to reconnect with some old friends and make some new ones here again. With College work load lightened up I decided to give LoTc a shot to what helps me kill free time since its been quiet a while. I wish to take a quick OOC role call for current Silverblades and their relation to the house so I see if I have to change the house lore up at all, since after all I am the writer for the House Silverblade Lore. And if someone could update me what the House has been up to so I can add that into the big Google Document of Silverblade lore and records that would be helpful.

  14. An old lookin cranky tall man cloaked in a grey tattered robe burps.

He nods to the blonde woman as she approaches and shows him the notice. He laughs loudly speaking to her "Thy silver sons still shine on as thier lord forsakes them, proud to see the ways of old stick." He lifts his Zweihander over his shoulder as he whistles an old tune walking down the road with the woman.

  15. Very few clues of the man can been seen in Vearhaven, but if one was to travel the wilds near the frozen tundra near the swamps bordering the orclands, a few will be found.

[it is active as I am teaching my max students currently to hopefully bring in a few waves of pupils over the summer before any major changes happen etc, so atm until they gather strength we are being rather queit/dead-ish]]
