Note: This is not an official guild yet. We are waiting to be accepted. The Grand Guild of Stone Masonry of Aegis What: The Grand Guild of Stone Masonry of Aegis, Also shortened as the Masons or the GGSMA, is a Guild focused on building with stone, among other materials, as a group of people. The idea is that in each of the capital cities for the Four races, will stand a Guildhouse, a home for members of the Guild, where they can live, collect their pay, and socialize with other members. These Masons can be hired by those who can afford it to build grand structures and homes for them, for a price. In addition to building, the Masons also perform ceremonies for certain things, for instance Induction Ceremonies, and Promotion Rituals. Meetings and elections are also held. Ranks: Tier 1: Inducted Inducted members do not have much to say for themselves. They may be hired to do work for minimal wages, and may only attend meeting open to Tier 1. Tier 2: Apprentice Apprentices, having gone up a rank, are now truly part of the Guildhouse. However, they are not yet Masters. Upon being promoted to Apprentice, the member will be assigned a Master, who will work with him, and share the pay. An Apprentice may not be hired for work, but A Master with an Apprentice may. If a Master who has an apprentice is hired, the Master will split the profits of work with the Apprentice 25/75, with the Master getting more. Promotion, however, will bring the member more pay. They may only attend meetings open to Tiers 1 and 2. Tier 3: Master The Master Mason will be able to be hired for work at median wages. If the Master has an Apprentice, whom he has been assigned to teach and guide, then the Master MUST split the profits with his Apprentice, giving him 25%. Masters are allowed to attend all meeting, unless special circumstances stand. Officer Ranks Note: Officers are still considered to be Master Masons, and therefore, may be assigned an Apprentice. Officers are able to be hired for maximum wages, but 30% of profits must be shared with the apprentice, if they have one. Secretary: It is the duty of the Secretary to be sure that no lower leveled masons are in a higher leveled meeting before a meeting starts. Once the meeting begins, the Secretary must right down important notes that take place in the meeting, such as new members and rank ups. Treasurer: The treasurer is in charge of paying the members of the Guildhouse. This will be covered more later. Junior Advisers: The Junior Advisers's, as there are two in a Guildhouse, jobs are to participate in the ceremonies, as well as help the senior advisers if they need it. They also assign Apprentices to Masters. Senior Adviser: The Senior Adviser's job is to take care of new inductees, by showing them around the Guildhouse, as well as manage people who want to join a Guildhouse and setting a date for their interview and ritual, and to take care of clients and assign Masons to jobs as the clients come. The Senior adviser may assign jobs to any member of the guild, but should try to keep it fair when choosing, so everyone can get picked every once in a while. Guild Master: The Guild Master is not to be confused with the Grand Master, who is entirely different. The Guild Master is the one who interviews inductees at their ceremonies, and plays the narrator in Promotion Rituals. He is also in charge of all the other officers, and pays for land , materials and supplies as is required by the guild. Money: Minimal Wages: 30-50 Minas Median Wages: 50-100 Minas Maximum Wages: 100-1000 Minas Money is handled like so: When the Senior Adviser assigns a job to a Mason, and the Mason returns, he has some money from the job done well. 20 Minas of this profit MUST go into the Guild Depository Vault, while the rest is left to the Mason. If a Master Mason and his Apprentice complete a job, 20 Minas are put into the Guild Depository Vault, and a certain percentage (as stated above) of the profit is shared with the Apprentice. On Monday, it is the job of the Treasurer to take all the money from the Guild Depository Vault, and deposit 10 Minas into each member's Depository Vault, regardless of rank. If the Treasurer is uanble to do so, the the job falls to the Senior Adviser, if he is ubable to pay the members, then payday is held off until one of the two is available. The excess money after paying the members goes to the Guild Master, who uses the money to pay for the costs of materials and supplies as is required. Any excess money after that is put back into the Guild Depository Vault. Guildhouses: Ideally, a Guildhouse would exist in each of the four capital cities. The Guildhouse is where the members would live and collect pay. Each Guildhouse has the same layout, and fills out all of the required functions. All Guildhouses contain a Foyer, Grand Hall, Mess Hall, Kitchen, Common Room, and Depository Vault Room. Before I begin, mainly what I did was make my biography longer, which I think was my main problem. I also lengthened some answers which could be lengthened in the In Character portion. As a result f this, Kye was often ridiculed by the younger of dwarves, as well as older ones. This pushed a long-term affect on kye, makeing him aggressive under provocation. Still, he was proud of his family's lifestyle, and went on to follow in their footsteps, creating great technologies for mining. However, out of anger, he refused to share these devices with anyone else without extensive pay. He therefore mines by himself with his mechanical objects. He prefers to work on these inventions in his secret and private workshop, which not one soul, not even another Dwarf, has seen. Among his inventions, he has created Leg Stabilizers, To help lower the damage caused to the legs by falling from great heights. Another thing he has built, supposedly, is a large, but compact, Artificially Intelligent Computer which he can communicate with, so he boasts, and is said to be kept in his workshop. -Character Age: 47 -Character Appearance: A dwarve, with snow white hair and strange goggles, one of his inventions, that magnify only one eye. He also carries torches on his left hip, and a Diamond Pick is stored on his back, for mining, and he wears Leg Stabilizers to help fight bone-crunching damage caused by falls. -Character Personality: Kye is short tempered, and easily upset. When upset, he can be aggressive, in an odd way. He remains calm, but instead silently impales you with a pick, or slaps you. Whichever seems more appropriate at the time. His eyes are green and he is not smiling. The Giant eye, is not his eye, but rather a very large eyepiece, which magnifies his eye from the point of view of another, which in turn magnifies his vision. It is strapped to his head, around the back. On his back, though not visible, is a Diamond Pickax, strapped to his "sash" in loss for a better word. And on his left hip, also on his sash, is an extra stash of torches, in case om emergency. This is also not clearly visible with the above picture.

Kind and noble, he never insulted any other, not even an I. For this reason, the current king of the KIs promoted him to his top General. In the Age 12 ARW, Lesto was elected as the New king of the KIs, after the current king died on the eve of his 64th birthday (exceedingly young or a kyeball, who can live for up to ten thousand human years) To to an "unknown disease." As the new king, Lesto changed the name of his race to the Kyeballs, and ordered the scientists of his kingdom to work on great and new technologies to better every race, as well as sent his astronomers to begin work on creating a simple and acceptable calender.
