All of his 8 siblings worked on the farm and each day every sibling would get 3 pieces of bread for the day. It was a sad way to live but being poor made the family more caring and loving for each other. At 16, James was sick of poverty. So he decided to leave home hoping that he could one day return home with riches for his family. But after he left he realized it wasn't going to be that simple. His town was very far from any cities and was unknown to most people so James never heard of the undead until he was confronted by them. His bravery was no match for the Pigmens gold swords, but then, from the forest trees came a female elf. She fought off the Pigmen and saved James. That was the day James met his faithful partner Kenna. Together they fought off Undead and adventure the lands for 3 years. They grew to love each other so they decided to stop adventuring and settle down in the wilderness. Since they couldn't afford a house they built one themselves. After another year they had a daughter which they named Isabella. They had a happy life together until one day, when it all came to a sudden halt. James had just returned home from getting some more wood for the babies room when he found his family slaughtered by the undead. Filled with anger and despair, James vowed to destroy all of the undead. So he buried his family and left his home again. Except this time his eyes are set on revenge... It was a sad way to live but being poor made the family more caring and loving for each other. James was a born fighter who always wore his blue and black sunglasses. He was an 18 year old who was strong, kind,and fought for peace. But one day while walking home from the market he was stopped by bandits. "Give me everything you have or I'll take your head off," one bandit said while pointing to the sword in his hand. James didn't take this very well so he shouted,"Oh really...well...JUST WHO IN THE HELL DO YOU THINK I AM!" James quickly socked the man with the sword in the gut and disarmed him. The other two bandits ran towards James from behind, so he blocked their attacks then tackled them. After knocking all of them down one muttered,"You'll pay for this,(coughs),James,(coughs)." Another one says,"We will have our revenge on your family, HaHa-(coughs)." James walks away glancing back. That night James couldn't sleep, he kept thinking about what those bandits said. He had never seen them before but they already knew his name. James thought what might happen if they knew where he lived...Then he hears laughs from outside of his house. James checked the window to see who it was and surely, it was the bandits. They all stood laughing, each with a flint and steel. James rushed out the door and the leader bandit said,"What did i tell ya?". James ran straight at him ready to strike but when his fist was an inch from the bandits face, he was hit from the side by an Orc."HAHAHA, gotcha, HAH AHA," said the leader. The Orc continued brutally to punch and kick until James said,"Please...Don't hurt my family just take me instead." The leader thought about this for a minute then replied,"Alright then. Orc tie him up and throw him in the river." And so they did... But he is still alive, for when they tied him up they didn't check for his shears in his pocket which he used to untie himself in the water. Then after the bandits left he returned home. He couldn't stay though, for if he did the bandits would just come back. So he packed up his stuff and left a note for his brother Finn. On the note laid James' sunglasses. The note read: "Dear Finn, Please tell mother and father I'm running away. Now i can't say why I'm leaving, but I wish that you don't worry about me for I will still visit. Please take these glasses to remember me by. And Little bro...do you now why we have eyes in front? It's so we know to move forward to new horizons. You'll understand more when you're older. But until then never forget. Believe in yourself. Not the Finn I believe in, not the bro you believe in, have faith in the Finn that you believe in..." It's been 7 years now and James has traveled through all of the kingdoms but is only known by some. The few that do know him are dearest friends or mortal enemies.
