I know roleplaying very well and have been doing it for about 2 1/2 years. I have done very heavy roleplay in games like grand Theft Auto on specific roleplay servers such as red county and LSRP. I also have good experience from other games such as World of Warcraft and Lord of the Rings Online.
-What do you expect this server will be like?:
After reading through the lore and alike i imagine it will be alot of fun. I specifically designed my RP character to fit in well with the current age and have connections already prior to playing with existing characters for good roleplay story.
-What other server(s) have you played on and why did you leave them?:[
I ahve mainly played and hosted my own servers with friends doing various roleplays and alike. I left / stopped due to the fact that i wis hto play with a much larger community and this RP server seems right for me./b]
-Have you read, understood, and agreed to the rules? What about the lore?: Yes, the lore is much more in depth than i first imagined and the thing that interested me the most was the stating that 'man' was the initial race as with most games and novels it is usually other races. It makes a change and is nice to see 'man' as the oldest race as opposed to the newest / most untrusted.

-How did you hear about us?: Through a good friend who already plays.

-What was your favourite Law?: No griefing. Griefing annoys me so much and it spoils the game for other people and being subjected to it is the worst.

Avast ye lubbers an' listen up for this is where our story begins.
Gryff D. Shankwood (more commonly known as "Gryff-Wood" to the majority and Shanks to his friends) was a young lubber (A land dweller) who dreamed of setting sail on the high seas. After the new age began and law and order began to fall apart in less developed lands, Gryff finally plucked up the nerve and took to the seas, leaving behind the small hamlet that bore him.
Not long after venturing far lands Gryff soon made a name for himself among fellow seafarers, not all of them comrades. Whilst traveling the seas he was targeted by a notorious pirate crew by the name of "The Black Fortune Pirates". The relentless assult brought upon Gryff and his small crew nothing but one choice, to surrender to the attackers, claiming them as their new lawsmen or death. In desperation Gryff instructed his crew to join up with the pirates promising them better prosperity.
Awaking in a small paddel boat with little fortune and food, Gryff makes for land, his head hung low and in his hands

-Character Appearance: In a beggining of new age pirates are new to the world, due to this Gryffs apperance is quite stereotypical. He wears a black button jacket with frills and according trousers. He also wears boots and looped ear rings.
-Character Personality: Despite the situation Gryff is always optimistic and forward, however this sometimes leads him to go beyond his limits, causing harm to himself and the situation.
-Your ambitions: Gryff wishes to find an old friend of his, a dwarf by the name of 'Thrim Stonejaw', re establish himself as something more than just a 'pirate' and make something of himself in the new era.

-Are you a capable builder?: As a shipwright, Gryff is very good at crafting buildings / vehicles.
