We need to not only take some ranks away but also make branches, such as archery, axes, and swordsmans should all have a seperate leader, like Archer Nob. And then warboss and up commands the army as one. Training grounds are a must.

im very up to date with roleplaying, as i have many ropleplating games, such as skyrim (which i love XD). It is basically when you emerge yourself into the game, and start acting as the character you have chosen to be; you forget about what you would do in real life in the situation, and start developing your character by the decisions you make for him.
In your own Words, describe what Metagaming and Powergaming are.:
well, im not 100% sure, but i think that powergaming is when you roleplay forcingly, for instence, you just force someone to do somthing without them being able to resist, and you just get things without looking round for them or having them ready. Metagaming is roleplaying when you just dont learn about any characters, so say their name is john, you would know that because thier name is above their head, but your character wouldnt know that as they cant see their name, so they would say "hello there john" without learning their name, and that is what i would say metagaming and powergaming is.
What do you expect this server will be like?:
i expect it will be very fun, and serious roleplaying
What other server(s) have you played on and why did you leave them?:
i have been on a server called faskoona, which was very fun, but it closed down, so i want to join this one

Biography(This should include the history of your character and his life as well as age, appearance and personality, etc.):
At birth, Unkrak-Trun was abandoned by his parents, and left to die in the wilds to die. He saw a strange shape, as it was dark he could not see properly. When the figure emerged from the mist of darkness, he saw it was a bony figure; it whispered into his ear "You shall never be alone." and suddenly the mist almost grabbed the figure and pulled it back. A few hours after this, an old elf was ridding along, and saw the dying orphan crying in his basket. He got his guards to fetch the baby for him. They handed the baby into the elf's arms, and they both gazed deeply into one and other. The elf saw great wisdom and power, where Unkrak-Trun saw careering and heart. The elf ordered the Guards to take the young-en back to his mansion, were they where to look after him until he came back. The old elf came back,and had a strange stone his his arms. The elf took the baby into his room, and showed the stone to him. It had strange writing and symbols on it, as if had been written at the start of time.
The elf started to speak to him in a strange language, which made the baby concentrate and listen. The elf started to teach Unkrak-Trun at the age of 5,and by the age of around 30, he was very clever. The elf's name was "Ewlove", and when Unkrak-Trun turned the age of 200, Ewlove had to leave, as he had a job offer in a noble court. So, the mansion was left to Unkrak-Trun, but before Ewlove left, he had told Unkrak-Trun to go into the basement when he had the intelligence to. So, he tried and tried every day, but couldn't seem to Move the lock. So, one day he looked in every crevice and hole in the entire mansion, and finally found a book named "locks". He flicked threw the pages to find a picture of the big, round jewelled lock that was on the basement door. On the very last page, he saw a little sketch of the lock, with a little caption saying "push" underneath it. This baffled him for many days, until he finally figured it out. There was a little button on the bottom of the lock, where he had to stick a quill into it for the lock to open. Finally, he had got into the basement, but it was very dark. He quickly grabbed a candle and lit it, and walked into the basement.
When he got to the bottom of the old, creaking stairs, the candle suddenly went out. He tried to light it again, but it dint work. So, he had to brave the darkness, but there were many rooms to check. He checked every room, but there was nothing in them, then he saw another door, with a little note on it, saying "you will never be alone". He realised the words, but couldn't remember where he had heard them before. Suddenly, the basement door closed, and mist poured into the room. A figure ascended from the mist, a bony figure, carrying a stone with weird writing and symbols on it. The figure said "I told you, you will never be alone", and passed him the stone. "Take this into the room with the note on the door" and it looked like the mist grabbed the figure and pulled him into it. Unkrak-Trun took the stone and went into the room. He saw a little table with a book on it, and placed the stone in a spot where it was shaped like the stone. He picked the book up, and flicked though the pages. Even though in the darkness, he could see the words, as they were shinning. He stopped on a page which was titled "The guild of Wisdom". He read the pages, and it said about a guild that had been created in a forgotten land, and that it had been the most powerful source of intelligence in the whole land. It said that a orc would recreate this guild in the land of Aegis, A orc by the name of Unkrak-Trun. He also read about a former guild member was going to guide him to create the guild. He knew the bony figure was the former member, and that the stone are the commandments of the guild. He picked the stone up and went back up into the mansion and left with nothing but the stone. He started to travel, but the land of Aegis was far far away, it took many years for him to finally get to Aegis. He reached Aegis at the age of 210, were he knew he had to fulfil his destiny.
Your characters ambitions:
Create the fabled guild of wisdom, and return it to its former glory.
Out in the Wilds, your character comes across a small cottage. Outside, there appears to be an elf struggling combat with two bandits. What does your character do?:
He would try and stop the fight, but if this does not work he would have to run away, as he has no experience in fighting.
Your character walks up to a shop in the middle of Al'Khazar. "Hello, my good sir!" says the shop owner. "What may I help you with today?" How does your character answer?:
"Hello there, I am much more clever than you, so no help shall be necessary."

Unkrak-Trun was born into the Trun family, a rich Orcish family. His father home taught him, and with his father's magnificent intelligence, he joined the university of Elwive, one of the best universities for elves. He was so clever to get in, as only the most intelligent elves get in, and as Elves are the most intelligent race and Orcs are mostly considered "dumb" it was very strange for him to be able to get in. Unkrak-Trun was in the top sets for all of his subjects. Unkrak-Trun was very focused on his studies, a very good leader and was nice to all his fellow students. In the 20th year of university he was moved up 8 years, as he was so clever. 2 years later, the university was given 2,000,000 minas as the work from Unkrak-Trun was so magnificent. In the last year of university, Unkrak-Trun got the best results in the whole university. As intelligent as he was, he became a noble in the city of Ingreal, a human city, but rejected all of his promotions, as he was happy with the place he was at. Now, at the age of 218 he has traveled to the kingdom of Aguis, to create his own guild of intelligence, where the most intelligent Humans, Elves, Dwarves and Orcs would hopefully come from far and wide to join. This guild would hopefully become so renown, every race would look to them for advice in time of need.
Your characters ambitions:
Create his own guild high up in the mountains, which would consist of the most intelligent Humans, Elves, Dwarfves and Orcs in the whole of the kingdom of Aguis, who would give advise to every race on how to run there kingdoms.

Shout out words of wisdom, and hopefully calm the whole situation, if this doesnt work (which would be highly unlikely) and would have no choice but to run (even though this would not happen in the first place because Unkrak-Trun would mostly be in his guild house high in the mountains)
Your character walks up to a shop in the middle of Al'Khazar. "Hello, my good sir!" says the shop owner. "What may I help you with today?" How does your character answer?:

My character is very self absorbed, as he thinks he is the cleverest person in the world, as he thinks he is the cleverest person in the world, and hates to be corrected. But if he makes this guild, he will be happy to be corrected and take advice. I hope you like my idea of the guild, i think i will call it "the guild of wisdom" or something. As you can probably tell im a very serious and hardcore role player, so i will hopefully be able to improve other people's role playing. I hope you like my application and i wish you the very best with the future of this server!

At the age of 896, Unkrak-Trun was recruited by the orcish army, like his farther wanted. However, in the army Unkrak-Trun did learn how to fight well, but as soon as he was realised by the Rex, he went straight back to studying potions and making them. Now, at the old age of 8976, Unkrak-Trun has moved to the humble land of Aegis, to settle down and hopefully create his own alchemy shop, and share his love of potions with the world. Unkrak-Trun is very loving and kind, but if you get on his bad side, he still remembers his days in the army and the skills that he learnt. Now that he is old, he has White hair but he still looks fairly young.

Create his own alchemy shop, and settle down and hopefully buy a mansion

well i have played on quite a few, my main one i played on (Fascoona, i think thats how you spell it) was shut down and the other ones i played on i left because i saw this one.

yes i have read all the rules and do agree to all of them, without them there would be chaos and the undead would just vanquish the world very easily, and i do like the lore, the way every player creates and develops the worlds storyline.

-Biography:
Urak-bor was a very aggressive orc at young age, playing around with knifes and sticks. He lived in a small village, far away from the kingdom of orcs. When he was growing up he started to beg his mother to move to the orcish kingdom so he could study the way of the sword, but his mother always said no. As soon as he was old enough his farther sent him down the mines, and Urak-bor wanted to so he could get stronger. But whilst he was down the mines, a groups of Orcs use to beat him and take his ore so they could get the money from it. Urak-bor soon had enough, so one night he took his sword and went to the place the group met up. He walked down the ally way, exited that he would get his first taste of blood. when he got to the place the group got there sticks out and started running towards Urak-bor. He started to hack and slash them, until only the leader was left. the leader begged for his life, but Urak-bor had no merry and with one giant sweep he cut of his foes head, feeling relived that his fear was gone. but when he returned home, he saw his mother and farther being executed. The guards said something like "where is Urak-bor, we know he killed the group of harmless Orcs, a civilian saw him." but they Urak-bor's mother and father denied that they knew where he was, so, with a pull of a trigger, the two crossbows that where pointing at his mother and farther fired, and there corpses tumbled to the ground. Tears, where streaming down Urak-bor's face, but he had to run, he had to run to the kingdom of the Orcs, so he could escape the terrible consequent of his actions, death.

Aggressive but always up for a challenge. He loves hard work and fighting, he doesn't really like losing though.

Yes, but he isn't use to keeping the ore.

When Urak-bor was born He was a huge baby, so big whilst comeing out of his mothers womb she nearly died, but that is the case with most Orcs. Urak-bor was born in the city of Krugmar, and grew up being educated in the ways of reading, writing and building. His family was poor, and could no longer pay for Urak-bor's education, so at the age of 16 they sent him down the mines to start working for the family. After two years of working down the mines, he finally was free to do as he wished. He started to train with the sword, and after two years of training he started to realize that being a warrior was what he wanted, to vanquish the undead and protect the Orcish kingdom.

I know that when you start playing, you need to look at the world though your characters eyes, and start thinking how they would think, not how you would think.

I think this server will be great, and alot of fun to play on.

well i have played on quite a few, my main one i played on (Fascoona, i think thats how you spell it) was shut down and the other ones i played on i left because i saw this one.
-Have you read, understood, and agreed to the rules? What about the lore?:
yes i have read all the rules and do agree to all of them, without them there would be chaos and the undead would just vanquish the world very easily, and i do like the lore, the way every player creates and develops the worlds storyline.

That we must all play in character and we can not play out of it, so its like a real rpg, and no body is scripted to do anything.

-Biography:
When Urak-Bor was born, he was a huge baby, so big that whilst coming out of his mothers womb he actually killed his mother whilst being born. Urak-bor grew up in a orc tribe, dabbled in the arts of building and crafting, but deiced that this was not his destiny, so he started training to become a true warrior. His farther was the mine leader, he was incharge of the mines, so Urak-bor spent alot of his time guarding and working in them. After his farther died, whilst out hunting, he toke his role, but decided that this was not the role he wished to take. When he was 19, the tribe started being raided by another tribe. So, one night when it was all quite in the tribe, The attackers jumped out and started to loot and burn the village. Urak-bor awoke, grapped his massive two handed axe and started to spill the blood of his attackers. Swings and swipes, blocks and parries; The village was lost, but Urak-bor fought till the sun rised. The tribal chief-ten had to pull Urak-bor back before he sufered the same fate as his mother and farther. At the age of 20, after his village was attacked, Urak-bor set out to the kingdom of the orcs to, hopefully, become a legend.

I: Leadership/organization - Who should be in charge of what?I think that the higher the rank you are, you can manage the orcs that are lower rank than you. Apart from the lower ranks (runt to killa) then you cannot manage them as in ordering them to do something you would just tell them what not to do and discipline them.
II: Efficientcy - What could make us better?More training and disciplining the orcs more.
III: Trainings - What's fun, what's usefull?Well, i agree with the idea of spawners, but we could have a weekly party were we go out and hunt for a few nights.
IV: Ranking up - How would you want to rank up?I think we could have a book with the words saying
"+1" in it written by a nob or higher, and if you have as many as you need you will gain a rank, here are the points i think you should get for ranking up.

V: Other - Cake at the trainings? I agree with the ale after a week of training, but we could also do a award ceremony for all the orc in the army, and award promotion points to the orcs that have been good.
