How long have you been doing it? What kind?: I understand that it involves creating and becoming your character and playing the adventure through their eyes. I've been roleplaying for a little over two years with games like Achaea, Dungeons and Dragons, and Vampire: The Masquerade. -What do you expect this server will be like?: An interesting experience where I can have fun and -What other server(s) have you played on and why did you leave them?: I played on the VeritasRP server for a short while, but I had experienced a lot of lag and there weren't many people to play with. -Have you read, understood, and agreed to the rules? Those would be Dwarf, Elf, Human, and Orcs. -How did you hear about us?: A good friend recommended you to me. -Did you vote?: Yes, I did. -What was your favourite Law?: I liked, "Unlawful destruction of property is a punishable offence," simply due to not having to worry about my things being destroyed. -What was your least favourite Law?: "Combat/fighting within city limits is a punishable offense." I understand that this is necessary, but it limits some directions of roleplay. -What is your The Lord Of Craft forum account name? Rowdeh In-Character: -Character Name: Rolden -What is your Race?: Rolden is a Mountain Dwarf. -Biography: Rolden grew up without ever knowing his father. Rolden was always told that his father had died in an unfortunate collapsing of a mine tunnel and that he was a brave and strong dwarf when he was alive. Due to his father's death, Rolden felt like he had to be strong so that he could protect his mother. Rolden began teaching himself how to fight at the age of 13. Within the year he could hold his own in a fight. Within the next year he was proficient with weapons like the sword and axe. His mother watched this with growing uneasiness, for as Rolden grew he began to look and act more and more like his father. When he was 18, his mother decided that Rolden deserved to know the truth and told him the truth about his father's death. Rolden learned that day that his father had never died, and had instead abandoned his family and his kingdom. His mother thought that it would be better for Rolden if he grew up thinking that his father was a great dwarf. Rolden was, of course, eager to find his father but just as he was preparing to go, his mother fell ill. Rolden knew that he couldn't just leave her, and decided to stay and take care of her. During these years Rolden strengthened his fighting skills and took up building as a way to relieve the stress of taking care of his mother. On Rolden's 25th birthday his mother died of the illness. Rolden built his mother's coffin with his own two hands and held a small funeral for her. After the funeral he left on his journey to find his father and learn why he had abandoned his wife and child. -Character Age: 25 -Character Appearance: Rolden looks like a stereotypical Mountain Dwarf with his red hair and sturdy build. His beard is his source of pride and he works hard to keep it groomed and clean. -Character Personality: Rolden is a very loyal and compassionate dwarf who was willing to do anything for his mother. He can at times be loud and boisterous, but he stays calm when it matters. -Your ambitions: Rolden wants to find his father and discover the world while doing so -Can your character read or write?: He has difficulties on some of the longer or more confusing words, but he can read and write. -Can your character mine?: He is a very talented miner. -Are you a capable builder? Although none of the laws are silly or useless, this one was the only one I didn't completely agree with. -What is your The Lord Of Craft forum account name? Rowdeh In-Character: -Character Name: Rolden -What is your Race?: Dwarf -Biography: A loud, boisterous dwarf with the fiery passion for fighting of his father but the creativity and logic of his mother. He grew up in the mountain home of his family and showed early on that he would be a wild child. As soon as he could hold a sword, his father had been teaching him how to fight. His near endless energy proved to be quite effective in combat and allowed him to fight for long stretches of time. As he grew, he learned more and more about how to build elaborate, dwarven structures. This, as well as being the only time he seemed to be quiet, was a great source of pride for his mother. He left his home, leaving behind a saddened mother and a proud father, hoping to test his fighting skills, as well as to improve his building capabilities. -Character Age: 45 -Character Appearance: He has the red hair that is so common in mountain Dwarves. He also chose to wear the clothes that he felt would be most comfortable on a trip to unknown places. The brown tint of his clothes helps remind him of his family and his home. -Character Personality: Loud, excited, and boisterous are all good words that describe him. He's very proud which can sometimes blind his judgement. -Your ambitions: Rolden simply wants to live his life to fullest.
