*Alurid notices a man in the whereabouts of Renatus.*

"Hello! Welcome to Renatus!" Alurid exclaims.

*The man explains to Alurid that he is a runner for King Enor and that he is gathering information from Renatus and Hanseti for the King.*

"What man prevails such jealousy? Such a fool that he is." Alurid tells the runner.

( So you tell me not to make posts like this, and then you go and do it? Hmm, a bit hypocritical donyathink? )

*The King calls for his runner as he sits at his desk planning out the next build project for salvus*

*After a few moments, his runner arrives waiting to be asked what to do*

"You are my best runner, go and tell me the tales of this day that you hear and see in all of the land"

*After many hours his runner returns*

"My lord, *Bows* I have news of Renatus. Shall I announce it to you at this moment"

*Enor Sets down his quill, and listens closely*

"Yes, please tell me what you have seen and heard about Renatus"

*The Runner Nods and Says*

"While they do not have much built as of yet, they do have nice Shrubbery and road design. The design is smooth, and even."

*The King nods as he says*

"Thank you, I shall keep this in mind. You may leave now."

*And with that, his runner stands up, and makes his way out of the kings office, waiting to be called upon again*

A runner arrives in the Capital of Renatus freshly returned from the Kingdom of Salvus. He arrives promptly in Zibaen's warehouse where the Baron is fussing over the low amounts of supplies are trickling in. The runner slips Zibaen a parchment flier slightly damp from the rain.

Muttering the old man blinks his eyes to bring them into focus before returning his attention to the advertisement. "This is a list of how many houses we have available, and how much they cost. This will be updated every so often. They are going FAST, we have already sold about 23 homes so get yours before its gone!" He whispers as he reads.

"They are selling medium sized houses for nine thousand minas." The young runner throws in only to be accented by Zibaen's fist descending onto a chest with a resounding thud.

"Nine thousand minas! Well those prices are just absurd! How can they afford to make such great deals? Surely the taxes must be horrendous." Zibaen declares incredulously. Surely only a madman could afford selling so low!

"The taxes for smaller housing is two hundred minas, I can only imagine that taxes for medium sized housing would be less than five hundred minas."

Zibaen looks up from the parchment darkly, his face shadowed by the dancing dark cast by the torchlight. His eyes set upon the runner with duress that only a spurned man could muster. "Less than five hundred minas. . . How can he afford such great deals." Less than five hundred minas meant that after slaying a giant slime monster and collecting all it's coin you would still have enough left over after paying the tax. "What a great deal. . ." He mutters thinking of the 18,000 minas shops on the main street, the 8,000 minas stall in a poor location, and the shed he has been living in for three years now.

No removing his eyes from the runner Zibaen declares authoritatively, "Leave me."

( lol I am confused, did you just help salvus? It sounds like you are saying salvus's prices are super low, and renatus's are super high? :P )

If you would like to purchase one of these homes, just find us in Solace ( Solace is the Capital of Salvus ). We are usually helping many people near the bakery, gazeebo, or the palace. ( I am Mountain Time -7. Dawn is Central Standard I Believe )

"Go, Tell me the hearings of the land"

*The Runner returns, with tells of Renatus*

"What have you learnt from your journey?"

*After hearing what the runner has to say, he chuckles under his breath saying quietly to himself*

"Ah, Renatus. When will you learn? You don't even know the layout of your own nation, yet you sell a shop the size of a chicken coop for 5,000? Renatus sure does have their priorities mixed up"

*Shudders at the sight of such a small shop for such a large price.

Vaq, how many spells are out at the moment that can be learnt? Is it only the starter one?
