Leetfish In-Character: -Character Name: Barog Warforge -What is your Race?: Dwarf -Lordofthecraft.net/forum forum account:Leetfish -Biography: Born in the great halls of Kal'Urgan. Barog's childhood ambition was to become a warrior of the dwarven legions but his dreams took a battering when his father was banished for acts of treason. Life for Barog was hard growing up, him and his mother struggled for money but always somehow managed to get by. Forced to live in his fathers shameful shadow Barog was unpopular among dwarfs. However he did not resent this fact, instead he embraced it and only appreciated his few friends even more. Whilst growing up Barog went through a period of indecision, but at the age of 13 a seemingly unlikely savior rescued him from the scorn of his own race. Korik was the mans name, he was old and looked like he had been dragged through a bush backwards but as he walked past Barog one fateful morning it was easy to see people respected the stranger. Barog decided he would see where this man was headed, purely out of a mix of boredom and curiosity. Once they reached an empty corridor withing Kal'Urgan Korik confronted him and asked him why he was following him. Surprised and scared Barog claimed that he was merely curious, at that moment Korik squinted at him and asked "Are you Valdor's boy?". "Why, did you know my father?" replied Barog his curiosity only intensifying when he heard this. As it turned out Korik had served with Barog's father and held him highly despite the fact he had been banished. To ease the strain on his mother Barog left with Korik and trained by his instruction. Within 3 years he was competent with most weapons. But Korik valued knowledge as much as strength and gave Barog regular reading or writing knowledge -Character Age: 17 -Character Appearance: Barog has short, thick black hair set above a face that while he is happy is a mask of all things peaceful however when in a rage he could send orcs fleeing with one look. He bushy eyebrows hide his dark brown eyes and his crooked nose is a wound from an old fight. His mouth is almost permanently set in a scowl. He has a thick muscled neck and broad shoulders with strong arms attached to them. Below his waist stand his short, but athletic legs which have carried him into battle many times despite his young age. -Character Personality: -Your ambitions: To show the world that despite his father, he is not a bad dwarf.
