Just wondering, how much would you pay a miner or a lumberjack?

That would have to depend on the skill of the worker. We don't tend to pay in Minas, there are rather a lot of perks you get with the job ((If you are here just for money then forget it, The Golden Harvest is about good RP. I would rather have a lumberer or miner who knows how to RP and is crap at his job than some prick who just wants to roll in as much minas as possible.))

Hey Asulon,

We're going to start pre-announcing patches before they go live so we can get some general feedback on all of our upcoming updates, and so we can make any changes that may be needed before release. With that out of the way, here is what we have planned for patch 2.5, scheduled to drop in a few hours.

• Fixed a dependency issue with Citizens, caused the skill system combat and character cards to break.
• Fixed mob spawning rates.
• Added a 60 second delay to OOC messages to solve some of the apparent trolling and misconduct that has been occurring in the OOC chat.
• Extend local chat by 100 blocks to compensate for the changes of OOC. (Original: 30 blocks)
• Removed shout and whisper channels, as they were not being utilized the way we wanted them to be; plus they will no longer be needed with the extended local chat.
• Fixed the crazy overpowered poison spider venom.
• Skill System max level has been dropped from 275 to 200. Any accounts with more than 200 levels have been reset and given 200 skill credits. This is for game-play balancing.
• Map size will be shrunken down to 4,000 x 4,000, just like the Aegis map; this is both for fixes to the latency and to centralize roleplaying more on the GM-made structures.
• Beds can now be used during the day as well as night!
• You will now be required to reroll your character on death. Failure to do so will result in an automatic 1 month ban, regardless if the kill was IC or OOC.

We'll be renaming the four default races to better fit our lore and gameplay feel. Here's a breakdown of all the new races:

Human - Zelot

Dwarf - Rockary

Elf - Alfefe

Orc - Grunshie

We'll be enforcing these new race names very strictly, any mention of the old names in lore posts or anything else related to LOTC will result in a permanent ban. We don't normally respond so strictly, but we feel it is critical to the survival of the server. All forums and in-game locations will be renamed accordingly to support this new naming system.

What you are doing here is making OOC chat a part of IC chat, which frankly is bullsh#t. This is going to ruin RP as you will randomly run into discussions about the weather..

Ok. Extending local chat is simply encouraging OOC chat in a IC chat room. Removing the Shout and Whisper is stupid. They enable characters to express themselves (shouting) and being secrative (whispering). If I want to have a disclosed discussion with somebody everyone within 100 blocks is going to freakin well hear. People are going to wander into the wilderness to have discussions. Also can you imagine trying to RP in a busy city, the chat will be spammed by everyone in the region..

Slight overkill. This will ruin any kind of establishment, whether it be a guild or kingdom. If a mob drops on your head it ruins everything. One thing I enjoy about this server is month long projects. I die an average of once every 4 days. If this is the case then just forget me being a part of the server. You are destroying the community and ruining RP Vaquxine.

Fire Blazes spawning on a low % hmm. Well I found three in a 40 block radius. And about 7 in a 120 block radius... Might want to change that statement.

At the moment is isn’t accepted, though it has been indorsed by one of my friends. Feel free to interview me and then indorse it, if one of you accepted villains does it should be accepted, but its your choice.

-Reason for Joining: I have ran into a bunch of Black Hand members in the four months I have been on this server and always found them interesting. My last assassin job was for King Sheffield, and when he died so did my job, and its basically impossible to get back into that without villain app. ((it was for good)). So I started looking around, and decided as my character has taken an evil turn why not go black hand, the members are committed from what I can see, and its well established.

People say that I almost use too much detail when I role play, for the sake of making it as realistic as possible. Yes I am familiar with the PVP rules, I had to assassinate people with the correct protocol so as to not get banned... I know the rules.

I had big connections with Edmund Sheffield (TheRedNinja) which we can no longer role play, because he is dead... but apart from that not directly, though I am an assassin/spy so I can make connections.

-Time Zone and playing Times: GMT +10 (Australia) and I play on average 4 hours a day (during the week) and between 2-9 hours on the weekends.

-Scenario 1: An Oren Guard halts your passage due to having a hood on. What do you respond with?: I would take a glance at the guard, turn and leave, but return another route (avoiding unwanted confrontations, I used to do this, as my character wears a hood when on a mission)

-Scenario 2: A person rants about Iblees being a great god. What are your thoughts upon this individual? My character would agree, even after serving a King of Oren. The reason behind this is because Iblees is a God of darkness and death, and this is what Eziano lives by, and without it he cannot survive. Eziano reveres Iblees and highly respects him.

-Scenario 3: In an Undead battle, your fellow brothers are injured or in battle. What do you do? Eziano would move into position to protect his brothers, as well as give them any medical attention he can, though he isn’t very skilled in such things, even if this costs him his life. Eziano is fiercely loyal to those he serves.

-Are you an Undead Wannabe?: Eziano would love the power that being an undead would give him, but he accepts the fact that it would take a long time to gain sufficient notice and status to achieve this, so yes to a degree, but not desperate.

Experience with other groups in Aegis:I haven't been in any official guilds so to speak. But I live in a village with a group of other players. We are a tight knit bunch and work well together.

I am happy to be either a farmer or soldier, I can do either. But atm my character is semi retired as a farmer after a youth in military, and is reluctant to return to fighting, but will if he must.
