However I cannot accept your application because of these issues with the bottom portion. - The biggest problem being that any "evil" character needs to have an approved villain application. - The brief history.. was too brief. We not only look for where your character comes from, but also what made him the way he is. In the words of Trouvo: "There is no such thing as an answer that is too detailed, too long, or too much."
