please tell me why you denied me -.- ive been trying to get on this server for a freaking month!

-.- yes i have played. but as a wandering soul. ive explored, ive read all the hlaws and lore, and ive even spent 9 freaking days! trying to make a city design that would be flawless! and no i dont want to create a nation i want to just make a city!

well ive been trying to get accepted to lord of te craft for over 2 weeks and only 2 of my 4 applications have been looked at and due to the "global upload quota" i cant post more than one screenshot of my character. which is on this one "un-answered" application http://www.lordofthecraft.net/forum/index.php?/topic/16554-lakeels-second-application/page__p__71528__hl__lakeel__fromsearch__1#entry71528 it has over 40 views but no replies to it :( ive been wating for over 2 weeks just to join this server alone. my first application got denied but the guy didnt tell me why. my third application got denied and i fixed the problem. but sence i cant post a new app for 3 days i edited an old one (the one i sent you a link too) so now im just waiting to get a responce on my application http://www.lordofthecraft.net/forum/index.php?/topic/16554-lakeels-second-application/page__p__71528__hl__lakeel__fromsearch__1#entry71528 theres the link again

umm....how do i become a 100 donator?

i was thinking it could be founded on a oak forest biome beach. or be built arounf a mountin and put the castle on/in the mountin. if you chose the beach one the town would be valueable as a trade route and for its abundance in fishing and lumber if you chose the mountin one it would be valued for its tatical advantages and the high number of stone based resorces. important question though. if this town is gonna be a constant war zone will people still be able to live in the town and build houses and live there RP lives or will they not be able to do that?

i actually like that idea somewhat. whoever conqueres that city and kills the current ruler gets controle of the city. then they haft to secure therer position over the city by repairing the damaged fortifications and protecting whats left of the town

He grew up in the home of a rich elven merchant family after being adopted by the merchant lords youngest daughter when lakeel was only a baby. As he grew up into a handsome young elf lakeel had become know for his intrest in structual design and industrious capabilities but most importantly his sence of humor. As he coninued to grow up his skill in building increased dispite all the economic schooling he received. a desire to be part of somthing grand grew with him. When he came of age the merchant lord gave him a small fortune and a pat on the back. lakeel set off into the world searching for somthign to be a part of. Somewhere where he would be important to everyone around him. Sadly in his travels he was mugged by a group of orcish bandits who took parctically took everything except for a few coins lakeel had in his pocket. Soon a group of monks found him and brought him back to there temple and healed him from his near death state. Dispite there healing teckniques lakeel still lays in the temple near death. Now all they can do is wait for him to wake -Character Age: im not sure.... sence elves live a lot longer id think hes about 20 in human years. -Character Appearance: a rather handsome and princely looking high elf. he could easily pass off as a prince or a rich trader, or even a successful landlord. his silk cape weaved of enchanted blue butterfly silk. he has the hair of and elvish god which covers up the scar the orc bandit made on his head. standing at 8ft 2 inches lakeel is slightly taller them the average elf but the taller you are the better you are with a bow -Character Personality: lakeel is a kind soul but is of the industrious sort who craves the power of leadership. Through his youth lakeel was often left in solitude while he worked on his crafts and designs which left him with little contact from the outside world except for the merchant lord and his adoptive mother. This has caused him to be a bit shy when it comes to meeting people the first time especially with a beautiful elvish woman. lakeel has always been known for his sence of humor although sometimes he can go a bit to far. With his urge for leadership he can temporarily overcome his shyness and lead his followers to victory -Your ambitions: lakeel looks forward to building a grand home and possible a castle. He dreames of ruleing a grand kingdom that will be a beacon to the rest of the world. If that fails he has backup plans of becoming a famous builder who will create the most beautiful of structures (for the right price) for all people of the world. hello fans and GMs of lord of the craft. i come to this forum page to present a grand idea which has recieved much support on smaller posts so now i wish to present it to the higher-ups in this great world. maybe even the wandering wizard himself. my idea is that i "lakeel" gather a group of pioneers from each race and travel into a distant land to found a city where all races are welcome, to build a safe haven from war, and construct a city of peace. all races will be welcome in this city and no war shall be welcome in these walls. all the races of "lord of the craft" can contribute to this great cause and not fear being slaughtered or mugged by another race. here you will find freedom from oppressors and dictatorship. i have been designing this grand city for days on end (a grand total of 9) creating city layouts and devising many fair systems of government. goverment= the govermental system i've created is both simple and fair. there are a grand total 4 representatives and one king. there is a representative for each race who shall voice there peoples opinions and ideas and the king shall listen. when a law of bill of some major importance comes there way the group shall vote on said bill. the representatives vote counts as 1 and the kings vote counts as 2. if there is a law that only involves a certain race than there representative shall decide so not to stress the kings council with minor delimas. when it comes to crime the criminal and defendant sall be brought before a representative and they shall decide who's innocent or guilty. in the case of a major crime the criminal shall be brought before the king in the throne room and he shall decide there fate (usually public humiliation or jail time. and worst case scenario banishment or burned to death) if the people decide that there not happy with there representative or the kings rule then there can elect a new one from there fellow peers. this way tyranny will be prevented. in the kings absence the citys embasitor can temporarily take his place till her returns here's a pic of possable throneroom design i made : http://lakeel.deviantart.com/#/d4b0qs0 city layout: this first version of the city lay out is that the city shall be devided into 4 quarters divided by thick roads with the castle in the middle and each quarted assigned to a specific race (orcs, humans, elves, and dwarves) so that lores don't become to mixed and make the city ugly. this dosen't mean that other races arn't allowed in other city quarters it just means there only allowed to have the kind of lore there. city layout version 2: the second version is quite similar but each quarter shall serve a purpose to the city. 1 quarter goes to farming and agriculture. another quarter go to industry. and 2 quarters go to homes and shops. building lore: due to the face that this is a city that allows all races this means that all building styles are allowed but human building lore is slightly encouraged and allowed to be used by all races in this city. with the 1.8 and 1.9 updates there needs to be some restrictions on what blocks can be used for what things. 1. no brick roofs (there ugly) 2. building are not allowed to go past 3 stories 3. brick blocks are only for fireplaces/fire pits 4. building must not collide with one another (this would open for thievery) 5. building must not clash with the surrounding homes 6. building must fit the quarters description (home/shop , farm, or industrial) 7. basements must be approved by a representative or the chief archatect 8. building must make sence and not look like random crap 9. no small crude buildings (exception: if you are poor and cant get materials to make your home right yu will have 1 earth week to build it up to lore standards) 10. NO DEMOLISHING OTHER HOMES FOR ROOM TO EXPAND!!! (will result in immediate banishment) history: sence this city has yet to be founded the history is a little short but this is what ive got so far. one day long ago "First King Lakeel" (thats me :D ) became inspired and gathered people of many races to meat at the temple of life. there he gave a speech about founding a kingdom where war didn't exist and peace prospered. he promised them riches and lands ripe for the taking in a far off land. he promised them that there voices would be heard by all and that there pleas shall be granted. the poor shall no longer starve and the weak would no longer haft to fear death. he concluded his speech by asking any who wished to come along and found this city to gather food,tools, and any resorces that they'd wish to bring. from there lakeel and his many pioneers treked into the far wilderness towards there promised land. traveling for days on end will they came across there paradise. the people set down there loads and cheered and celebrated. soon king lakeel sent his people to work gathering resorces while he started construction on the castle that will be the centerpiece of this kingdom. the elves went to gather wood, the dwarves sent into caves to mine, the orcs sent to hunt for food and slay monsters. and the humans began construction on the town walls. though there future may be bleak the people hope that they shall become a beacon of peace to the rest of the world. laws: sence Emrulden wishes to let its people to be free there a fewer laws then youd might expect 1. building lore laws must be followed (mid level offence. building will be demolished) Minor laws. (punishment is public humiliation or short jail time) 2. no stealing (minor offence. public humiliation of sort jail time) 3. no racist slurs 4. no loitering (aka yelling) 5. no public sexual display 6. no trespassing MAJOR LAWS (punishment: long jail time, banishment, or execution) 7.no griefing 8. no murdering. 9. no mugging 10. no setting fire to people houses 11.no breaking and entering. 12.No importation of tnt castle design: this will mainly consist of a stone/wood structure being built onto of a hill and/or mountin with the rest of the city surrounding it. here's and example of what i mean. No im not begging for them to approve my application and this whole thing wasn't just a long attempt to get someone to look at my application. I just want to build a city. Hes been alone in the wilderness for so long with little contact hes become a bit untrusting of others. But it becomes easy for him to trust others after hes known them for a little bit. The last time lakeel tried settling down in a small village located in the middle of a dence forest he worked as a builder and a fortifyier. He built many homes for his fellow human friends and even built the protective walls that surrounded the village. Till one day an orc war party came and pillaged everything. They torched every house lakel had built, they slaughtered all his fellow villagers, and they even burned down his mighty wall. lakeel tried his best to fend off the orcish raiders with his homemade bow and save his many crations from the seering flames but the war partys leader came charging straight at lakeel on a armored boar and clubed lakeel over the head knocking him to the ground. lakeel layed there near death surrounded by the roaring flames. In his state of half-consciousness and fire filling his sight his soul slipping from his body the essence of fire seeped into his escaping soul. lakeel soul was suddenly jerked back into its boddy as an injured villager tried to wake him. The villager quickly drug lakeel to the safety of an elvish grove. lakeel woke leaned up agenst a shrine with a dead villager laying flat on the ground with an orcish arrow sticking out of his back. lakeel soon regained his movement and managed to stand. He looked around to get his bearings. He feels a forign warm feeling through out his body. Images of fire flashed before him and visions of orcish villages up in flames. He looks into a puddle and sees a flaming orb where his pupils are suppost to be. There was a sudden flash and lakeel fall back to the ground. The visions were gone and the fire in his eyes had faded. Due to the dramatization of the orc raid and bits of fire infusing into his soul he has a weird nack for fire despite his love of wooden buildings. When he sees fire it sucks in his attention and slowy moves him into a state of being a pyromaniac. When theres a building going up in flames lakeel goes into a state of madness and dances around in the flames. Only the pain of him burning or the sight of his creations burning will snap him out of his madness. When conflict comes his way (especially with orcs) he gets the urge to burn and pillage the enameys buildings. On a happyier note lakeel is known for his creativity and building skills . Plus he has a sence of humor and is single (thats right ladies. This hunky elf is single) dispite his shy and lonly nature lakeel has a thirst for leadership and to be surrounded by a loving kingdom who will see him as the greatest king ever. due to his long time with humans hes become accustomed to the human building style and will commonly build with there design -Your ambitions: lakeel looks forward to building a grand home, possably build a forge, and eventually become either A. and important government person.
