What do you know about Roleplaying? Give a definition of what it means to you.: Role-playing is ware you assume the role or part of a character, and you do your best to stay in character. Basically act as in you were that character your role playing as! In your own Words, describe what Metagaming and Powergaming are. Metagaming is thinking outside of the game. For instance if you like playing a certain game, and you just cant stop playing. In the morning when you go to school during your study hall you right down strategies or plans for what you are going do in the video game after school. PowerGaming is going right for main quests, and not visiting the side quests. ok' I know that you dont have quests on your server, but I thought about this for several days before righting it down. When I was a child, I loved to go hunting and mining with my dad as well as make armor and weapons for my dads blacksmiths shop. After several years of working with my dad, I became a very good blacksmith. My dads shop had great business till the tragedy came....MY DAD DIED! from then on I had to Run the store my self, by crafting all the armor and weapons. After I took over the store I didn't have anytime to relax. When I was about 21 I had to move out of my village to find work, for my mother hired a man to work the forge to produce weapons and she would sell them. So I started to make my way to the great Dwarven City of Kal'Urguan. During my journey I made money by selling the loot I got from hunting. On the way I met several people, and became friends with several of them. Finally after several years of wandering the roads of Aegis, I found Kal'Urguan!!!!!!! That is where I am now. I think it I was good at it because of my appearance, I have redish brownish hair with a green tunic and brown trousers. What I didn't realize is that Kyra was fallowing me a great distance. Then I find the great city of Kal'Urguan and I'm hopeing to buy a house there and live with my sister that I caught fallowing me. Exiled from a small northern province at a young age for a horrific crime he did not commit, he has been forced to live off the land. The fact that the villagers were so quick to excommunicate him has made him hate most people in society, and distrust just about everyone regardless of who they are. He has spent most of his adult life alone, and as such has become a bit awkward when interfacing with others, taking the simple route of remaining silent when approached. He has had several violent conflicts with bandits (and occasionally authorities) in his past, most of which he has won, and these have allowed him practice time with weaponry. His time in the wilderness has made him adept at resource gathering and building, and he is quite versatile in comparison to others when faced with different situations. Character Age:21 Character Appearance:He has redish brown hair and a full beard that covers most of his face. He has a green tunic with a tan shash and a black belt that raps around his waist. My childhood was that of an average Joe. I didn't have many friends, but that didn't bother me. My childhood was quite boring, till I was about 10 years old. At that age, my parents decided to sent me to Military School to prepare me to server in the Dwarfen Army. But on the walk to the camp, we were ambushed by raiders. The raiders had dozens of Archers along the cliffs that we were passing threw, they took out almost all of our guards. The remaining guards were slaughtered by sword wielding raiders. The raiders took all of us kids to become raiders too. There was about twenty of use, after a couple years of training there was only ten of us left, because the others died from lashings, or beatings. One day a potion of the raiders left to set up a ambush, right then we saw our opportunity. All ten of use grabbed our gear and charged at the remaining raiders with our swords and bows held high. Out of terror I ran and ran. I ran for several days before I dropped of exhaustion. After wandering for years and I learned the skill of self-defense. i wandered the mountains for years till I met up with another Dwarf named Rex Of Anga Longa. He was running away. I yelled at him to ask, "Brother! What are you running away from?" He replied, "My home city is being attacked by Orcs as we speak!" I said to him, "Brother, let us work together to fight off this menace, for me too have lost a home to the Orcs. I vow not to let it happen to you. FOR THE DWARFS!" we charged in with a furious force, cutting down every Orc in sight! After the Dwarfen guards saw our bravery, it gave them hope and they started to fight with us. The battle lasted for 3 days. On the third day, most of the Dwarfs fled into the mountians and all that was left were Rex and I against hundreds of Orcs. All seemed lost, but then out of no where a powerful wizard descended out of the sky and casted a powerful spell on the Orcs. His power was so great that it drove the Orcs out of Anga Longa. After things calmed down, the wizard introduced him self to Rex and me. He was a human named Murgatroyd. He told us that he was on a secret mission for the humans when he saw smoke coming from the city and decided to check it out. That's when he saw us fighting furiously, he knew he couldn't just let us die, and so he lent us a hand. After the villagers figured out that we had won the battle, they praised the three of us calling us the Heroes Of Anga Longa. Within the battle the three of us earned an outstanding relationship between each other as well as the city. After a while I told Murgatroyd and Rex of my story about the attack on Kal'Mengara and the years of wandering. I inspired them to help me take back and rescue Kal' Mengara, so we headed off to save my brothers.
