Aye, I'm also working outside of the forums and game on a list of new ranks and titles within our orders as well as a proper oath to swear to Example: Knight, A Knight is a proven swordsmen, but has training with bow as well and a small bit of hand to hand (( possibly a bit of black Smithing to make minor repairs )) Skills would look like swords: 50+ archery: 25+ Hand to hand 25+ blacksmithing: 15 or something similar, with skills it is easier to tell when a squire is able to be Knighted due to the ability to "train" and advance now, so expect many many changes with the new world, We will basically almost be treating it as if the order is being made from the ground up, but Knights will remain Knights and anyone who signs on before the new world will keep their rank. We are going to need a good spread of people with jobs, and I will most likely be able to start paying them, Farmers will need to be fully dedicated farmers, same with lumberjacks and miners so as our Knights can focus on their skills, same with a dedicated blacksmith and cooks. My Intent with the new world is to claim land in the North (( a good bit with all our bedrock donators )) so that instead of a keep we can make a bit of a small city perhaps or a more lordling like keep (( a fortress for the Knights with it's own walls and such, inside a larger set of walls with housing for villagers and farmland )) So that we can have our civilians under our protection. (( and they will be able to set up shops within the village ))

Alot of things will change with the new world (( and when I actually crack down on roles for skills and stuff, don't worry bob )) Also heads up I have recalled myself from the Verge to Server at our main keep again, I think our Verge outpost should focus mainly on mining operations, as such we should station miners there along with a small retinue of Knights and recruits.

Sorry for not being around lately waiting for the server to go to 1.0, Or maybe LOTC 2.0 ( if it's out soon ) things have gotten kind of stale and I'm hoping for the new world soon so we can start fresh and better than ever (( we'll start with more Knights this time so starting up training ect will be easier )) Hoping to be bedrock VIP by monday. (( also other IRL things like work are preventing me from being on, but I assure you all will be good come 2.0 for sure, Might be on when the map is updated to 1.0 ))

it's a farm, that huge building. Also the dwarves are at war with the orc nation and we are sworn to fight for the dwarves so we're off to war with them.

I intend to once the new world is out, if we can Claim a stronghold (( the dungeons that generate as of 1.8 and such )) in the North I would be ecstatic, That would be a wonderful claim. We could then build a Keep on top and go about our lives.

You guys where talking abut the main keep, I saw the grave... We're not Inactive, no body is stationed at that keep any more, We are all in the Verge except you and Rigrud apparently. Not to mention with the new land restrictions surrounding that keep, I really don't think I want to use it much.. (( God I can't wait for the new world, nobody better not build near us ))

(( well that is just stupid, kal urgan has claimed all the land around our keep and even the land where our new keep near that manor was.... So most of our archery range is owned by kalurgan, our training area is kalurgan, that farm outside our keep is now kalurgan... oh and that region also covers our own.. So I'm assuming anyone from kalurgan can just waltz into our castle. ))

None of the chests had anything of value when we got there, all they had where assorted items and tools and the odd building supply.

Which keep, and which neighbors? The keep in Aegis is mostly empty for now as we've all moved to the Verge (( note is up on the announcement board and I posted on the forums...It's not inactive, we're just in the new zone dealing with new threats, Not to mention alot of players are taking a break and playing Skyrim like myself. )) (( Also WTF, If I can't take a 1 week break with out playing minecraft and you guys start to take off and such thats retarded. I have left signs in the Main base saying we are in the Verge now, and I have also wrote here on the forums. ))

Which home? the Manor? I said you guys can take it back, Nothing should be locked at all...

(( with the release of Skyrim tomorrow, I will most likely be offline for atleast a week enjoying it and the new assassin's creed shortly after, however I will be on, on occasion to check up and run things ))

Currently our keep in the Verge though I am trying to maintain forces at our verge keep and our main keep, that abandoned keep is a side project, once we get it restored we hope to use it as a back up (( until the world restart occurs come 2.0 in which if they keep this world for some reason, we'll all most likely head North in the new world. ))

Aye we had been using that manor we thought was abandoned, we're hoping to restore that fort next to you which surely must be abandoned given it's state of disrepair. From that keep we have passage ways to our main keep back in the east, and then we have a keep Now in the Verge.

We'll work on getting everyone Permissions for the new keep and yes the orcs are a pain (( and do stupid things like attack when no on is there.. and use a restart to kill us all ))

Fine, I'll do my best but don't get mad at me when you're lost and die... (( it really is an odd path, )) From the top of the stairs leading out of the start of the verge Head left, then keep going passed the large monument that looks like undead made it, then go through the swamp and keep going on kind of an angle, eventually you'll see a keep up on a hill with a single wide staircase and torches.

It'll be best if you can catch someone online at the same time as you to lead you there, it's hard to explain.

Note to all members of the Knights of the North, We have secured land in the Verge! Our keep is growing, however we keep getting attacked by orcs, We need all able members to head out to the Verge for duty at the new keep! (( Ask other members in game for help finding it ))

Aye sounds plausible, we are in current need of aid in the Verge, we have been raided by an orc warband repeatedly
