William looks at the men approvingly and nods. He says to himself

"It's about time..."

Dear all Herendul noble houses,

I send this letter to you in regards to your forces, all lords are now required to have 5,000-10,000 troops ((5-10)) within the Herendul military. These men shall need a uniform and supplies which you are expected to provide. Banner forces from each individual house shall form different regiments containing a commander of their choice, whether that be a family member, a trusted bannerman, or yourself. The commander of so said regiment shall be directly under the Lord Marshal and will need to report to the Lord Marshal immediately after he has been chosen.

History

In the beginning William led a group of men called the Templars, these men were dedicated to Aeriel and her purpose. After the religion died out the Templars lost faith in her. The men, poor and weak, were led to Abresi where they found Richard Herenden. Richard was a kind fellow, he always had a serious, but true face on. Richard was in the process of achieving nobility, allowing himself and his family to reach a wanted, yet needed goal. After seeing Richard and his loyalty to his cause, William joined him. Seeing that William already had men of his own, Richard gave him a militaristic job, which William devoted his life to. That was until one dark day, the day Richard Herenden fell. Many years later another Herenden was introduced to William, one that was just like his father, loyal and devoted, his name was Alester. William served Alester doing the same thing as he did for his father, William noticed things about Alester though, things he shouldn't have. As William grew more dissappointed in Alester, he grew more intrested in Alester's sister, Ariana. William left Alester later on, yet he kept in contact with Ariana, seeing her occasionally. William's love grew for Ariana quickly, within two years of seeing each other William proposed.

Years later, in a time of need, William returned to Alester. Alester left a few weeks later, he went on  a journey, one that no-one could accompany him on. In that time, Ariana and William took control of Alester's land. Alester's liege lord, Edward Winter, saw William's potential as a Baron. Edward, proud of William's job, awarded him with a small manor where he could begin his house. William's house flourished within months, many travelers along with old friends, along with the king, saw William as a potentially great Baron. Edward later on awarded William with Verglass, a small hillside colony located east of Wintermont. Around this time Northal broke off from Oren, forming it's own kingdom. Edward, aware of William's militaristic skill, awarded him with Lord Marshal. The House now lives on within Herendul's walls.

As the shouting starts William runs to his wife. "It has begun! Call the bannerman, light the beacons! Today we dine on Kralekian corpses!" 

Men begin chanting "Kill the Heretic! Down with Kralek!"

Stares at the sign and laughs. He grabs his swords. "Interesting."

William looks at the poster, squinting at the words, he grunts. "These prices are outrageous!"

A poster hangs upon the wall. It advertises multiple items "I have over 216 crates of Cobblestone, multiple crates of various wood, and as much food as a man could want!" (( Crates being Stacks ))

The bottom of the poster reads contact information. "I can deliver any of the products listed above. Prices shall be negotiated with those who contact me. Send me a bird or leave me a note if you're interested."

The poster has a signature on it.

I hope what you have said here will make a change, allowing people to understand when to initiate the PvP or to comprehend whether or not PvP is valid for the situation.
