How much time could you be on the server weekly?: It would depend on many things, but i would say a minimum of 16 hours a week. How long have you played minecraft?: Since the start of January. About 8 months. What do you know about roleplaying? How long have you been doing it? What kind?: I haven't tried roleplaying myself, although it looks nice. I know I can stay in character and follow the rules. Roleplay is about staying in character and feel as the character feels. What do you expect this server will be like?: I expect it to be a GIANT roleplaying server with lots of different characters and stories. What other server(s) have you played on and why did you leave them?: I've been playing on a creative server since i first got mincraft. I will never leave it, but it's getting kinda dull with creative, so i wanted to try this server cause it looks so different and to have lots of fun. Have you read, understood, and agreed to the rules? What about the lore?: I've read the server rules 3 times. And the different capital cities' rules. The Lore has lots of good info about the server, I've read it all through and i loved it! Name the 4 races on this server: Humans, Elves, Dwarves and Orcs. How did you hear about us?: Since I'm doing alot of animations, I follow this guy called "Reckreations" on youtube, he had made a trailer. Did you vote?: Of course! All 3. What was your favourite Law?: The Roleplay law, that people MUST stay in character to give the server a more roleplaying feel about it. What was your least favourite Law?: I have none. What is your The Lord Of Craft forum account name?: pallerik In-Character: Character Name: Gromterra What is your Race?: Dwarf (cave) Biography: Gromterra was born on a storming day in the world of Aegis. His parents and his brother thought it would mean bad luck for their newborn child. Gromterras parents quickly learned him basic things like the language and read him stories about The Ancient History every night, as he layed down to sleep. He grew fast. 14 years after his birth, his brother Balgon teached him to use a sword the proper way. They practiced their fightning every day and Balgon always won. One day, something bad happened. At the age of 15 Gromterra had experienced his first pain, as Balgon accidently cutted his brothers right eyeball. Gromterra became blind on that eye and had to use an eyepatch for the rest of his life. Gromterras father was a merchant in the Trading District. He sold many ores that Gromterra and Balgon had found in the mines of Kal'Urguan. When they all got home from work they were so tired, but it was worth it. They didn't get very much minas for all that work, but it was enough for Gromterras mother to make a huge dinner for them when they got home. Their life were not perfect, but they could live with it. But one day, Balgon had found a place he thought would be full of ores. He began to dig and asked Gromterra to help him. He never questioned his brother. Even though Balgon was a good fighter, he was no match for Gromterras digging speed. They often competed about who could get the most coal, iron, or gold. Niether of them had found diamond yet. They had digged the spot that Balgon had pointed out, but had no luck. But then one day when Gromterra was digging a bit further down. He saw a sparkle not far away. He took a closer look and saw it was diamond. Finally, out of the old stinky house, there was not just one diamond but 7. He quickly called for his brother, but there was no answer. He took the diamonds and went up to entrance of the place they started mining. No one was there. He went back home in hope of that Balgon would be there, practising his fighting skills. But no. Gromterras parents hadn't seen him either. Gromterra asked a guard if he had seen Balgon, but no. They waited for him to come back to the house. And he did. Late at night he walked into the house. It looked like he had been working in the coal mines all day long. He didn't say anything, didn't answer questions and didn't even look at Gromterra or his parents. The next morning Gromterra wanted to show the diamonds he had found to his brother, but he was already gone when he got up. As if it wasn't enough with his brother having secrets and not talking at all, his father grew ill. They had nothing to do for him. Every second that went, his skin became whiter and whiter. Gromterras mother cried all day long. It was a hard year for Gromterra, untill his father one day returned to the stone. The sickness was still unknown, but whatever it was, Gromterras father was the one with the bad luck. And it all went downhill from there. Balgon finally revealed after 40 years that he had been training outside of Kal'Urguans walls. If the guards found out, he would be exiled. So they kept their mouth closed about it. A year after Gromterras fathers death Balgon got recruited at the city guards. Gromterra was so proud. But still hadn't told him about the diamonds. Now Balgon hardly ever had time to talk, so Gromterra couldn't tell him. Years passed. Gromterras mother was getting old and it was soon time for her to join her husband. Balgon came home one day and told about this exiting quest to prove his worth. The war on the undead had begun, and Balgon was called to duty. Being a warrior had been his dream for many years. As the warriors went off to fight the undead army, Gromterra went up to Balgon and told him that he had found diamonds in the mine they had made. Balgon smiled. "I knew you could do it. You're gonna take good care of our mother while I'm gone. Keep up the good work, and I know you will become a great person in Aegis." The warriors left, and that was the last time Gromterra saw his brother. Gromterras mother didn't do well either, about 8 months after Balgon departed, she went back to the stone, to join her husband once more. Gromterra was now alone. He was crushed, it seemed that his bad luck would never end. He didn't wanna work, he just drank all day long. He used up every minas on drinks. And when he ran out, he exchanged his diamonds for minas to buy more drinks. He had used up every minas and had no home anymore. Then he one day, woke up in The Cloud Temple Of Aegis.
