At the age of twenty, whilst living in the wilds, he father taught her how to use a bow and how to speak your way out of a situation. Sara was never very good at speaking and she fumbled with her words often. By the age of fifty Sara was living by herself just outside of Galahar but she never dared go into the city incase anyone laughed at her ragged clothes or her annoying stutter. She lived there for around a hundred years before Galahar was attacked and everyone started talking about leaving the land of Aegis. When the boats were built she immedaitly climbed into the elven ship and hid in the hold. After enduring months of living in fish guts she climbed out and found that they were in Asulon. She then decided to interact with more people in Asulon, maybe even find a husband. Sara is now 160 years old, and her stutter is still there but only when she is nervous, sad or angry can you hear it. She is shy and loves to explore, looking for little nooks and crannys where there may be treasure. She hates firing her bow but if needed she will grit her teeth, close her eyes and fire. She is about five foot four inches and quite slender. She has a pale face and a pointed nose. Your characters ambitions: She hopes to get a husband. She hopes to live with the other elves again. She hopes to find a group of people to explore with. She wants to live to be one thousand years old. Out in the Wilds, your character comes across a small cottage. Outside, there appears to be an elf struggling combat with two bandits. What does your character do? Sara looks at the elf fighting the bandits and shouts, trying to intimade them. "Sss..top! Ddd'ont... huurt ttthat eelf!" One of the bandits turns round and smiles rushing at her with his golden blade out infront of him, Sara screams and starts to run to a safe distance so she can shoot him with her bow but she trips on a rock and falls to the ground. The bandits smiles and looks down at her "Give us ye minas or die" Tears start to form in Sara's eyes as she reaches into her pocket and pulls out twenty minas and hands them to the man. "Ttttake ttthem. Jjjjust ddddon't kkkill me."The bandit grunts to her and kicks her in the face before walking off to help his freind with the orignal elf. Your character walks up to a shop in a quiet market. "Hello, my good lady!" says the shop owner. "What may I help you with today?" How does your character answer? "Hail sir. I am very hungry, I was looking in the ruins all day and all I found was a pool of lava." The shopkeeper smiles and says "We have hot soup and bread for twelve minas each if you would like some ma'am" "Only the bread please. I don't eat soup." Sara then hands over twelve minas and is given a loaf of hot crusty bread, she eats it greedily and walks on. Mad_Flumlajig In-Character: Character Name:George Sampson What is your Race?:Human Lordofthecraft.net/forum forum account:Mad_Flumlajig Biography: George only remembers the accident, and no further back. He was 6 at the time, and he remembers it in every detail, the look on the boys face, fire, the blood, the screaming. He was in the center of Whisper Isle one day, minding his own business, as his parents had been slaughtered by undead, a gang of older Orcs came up to George and said in a menacing tone “Give us ja money, runt!” George didn't know what to do, so he just froze, terrified. “Me say give me ja money, 'umi!” the Orc said once again, this time, in a more menacing tone. “NO!” burst out George, anger swelling up inside him. The Orc looked at his cronies, and then they started beating him up. Then suddenly, George felt rage coarse through him. He screamed ferociously, and something amazing happened. His hands literally set on fire, and he punched one of the bullies. A humongous bang echoed across the isle, and the Orc was on fire, 10 feet in the air! He then picked up a stone and threw it at the stunned Orcs around him. A huge fireball erupted from the stone, and the unlucky orc in the way lost his head and arms. Blood, fire and screaming was everywhere, and George then felt guilt sweep through him as quickly as the rage had done. The fire on his hands stopped, but other than that, nothing else had changed. He then realized that he should not get angry, so kept in solitude for most of the time. Whenever he did go out though, he was afraid that he was going to rage again, so he always quickly withdrew back into solitude, learning sword skills as he was living by himself. At the age of 13, he decided to set up a meat stand in Oren, to earn a few minas by himself to keep him alive and occupied. But alas, one day, at 14, some soldiers came to where his stand was set up. The soldiers said “Do you have a permit, mister?” George was terrified, once again! The other soldier said “We're taking you to the cells mister, for disobeying the law!” George then felt the rage sweep through him again, he had just enough time to mouth, “I'm sorry...” and then the rage took him over. The magical fire lept from his hands as he pointed his fists towards the soldiers, who both were caught head on by the flames. Guilt did not creep in this time, but fear did! The frightened child fled, only leaving the destruction behind him. So, at 15, he went to a druid to see what was wrong with him. But the druid said he was born with the rage, and it could not be cured. George then decided to try and settle down as a normal person in life, so, decided to go to the cloud temple of Aegis, and wait. For what, George did not know... He didn't get along with the other kids at all. He always started fights and was taunted for his posh voice. After a particularly nasty fight between him and an 18 year old orc he ran away from the orophange and fled to oren, where he met an elf who taught him the ways of the sword and unarmed defence. for 2 months he trained until the orphange cought up with him and took him back, where he was punished severely. So, now at 14 years old, he sought revenge against the orphanrium's adults, so assualted the boss. This didn't turn out well at all, he was just restricted to his room, or they would have killed him. At last, at 15, an orc named Glurg Howden adopted George as a son. His story is yet to continue... He was born in oren, like may other humans, although his father had run off before he was born and his mother died when George was two. When he was left, abandoned, he was picked up by a lovely elven couple, who had married a month ago. Growing up in elf hands, he was taught many skills like bowmanship and swordsmanship, and was an expert in both. Although his life wasn't complete, he still had something missing. He wanted to fly! When he was 13, he heard about the riders of the giant eagles, and he wanted to go to the training grounds immedietley. He and his Elf parents searched and searched, and only when he was 19 he found the place. The riders numbers were dwindelling, so he was accepted quickly. He was exeptional at it, and his own eagle was called Pearl, after the pearly eyes she had. He was tremendously exited, all the way through his carrer, but alas, trouble had stuck. He was over an undead stronghold and his eagle was killed by long range undead archers. George fell, and crashed into the cloud temple of Aegis (he was that high). The rest of the story has yet to continue. He was a flight leader in his day, but on the 29th of may, he was caught in a storm and was forced to crash land. Unfortunately his plane was hit by lightining while in flight and he somehow went into a strange world called "Minecraftia", where other people had crashlanded too. George then made firends with these people and they managed to fix his aeroplane. Alas, luck was against him again, as a strange floating fortress shot flak at the battered Spitfire. His aeroplane went into a spin and he crashed into Aegis. He has no idea where he is. All he wants is to get back HOME.
