  1. If you intend on discounting votes, please made said discounted votes public you dirty election riggers.

While Bael's perhaps a bit more forceful then needed, he has a point. Who's been discounted? And, speaking of, can those who voted for a Dwarf that has since stepped down vote again?

  2. AN EDICT OF CONDEMNATION

Issued against High Prophet Lori Ireheart

On this day, by order of His Holiness, High Prophet of the Brathmordakin, Voice of Yemekar, Venerable Elder of the Dwarves, Clan Father of the Starbreakers, Kazrador Starbreaker, it is decreed that the Dwarf known as "Lori" of Clan Ireheart is to vacate the position of High Prophet of the Kirkja Dverga and resume his service to the Brathmordakin as Prophet of his Patron God.
This Edict is declared to be Righteous and Just by a majority vote of the Assembly of Prophets, with a unanimous vote in favor of the motion as proposed by Prophet Kazrador. The Assembly issues this Edict due to the following counts of True Heretical Actions against the Faith.

Firstly, Lori Ireheart is condemned for his inaction and lack of will or drive to serve the Brathmordakin in his time as the High Prophet of the Kirkja Dverga. Due to this lack of action, the Temple lies cold and empty, and the teachings of the Brathmordakin are dishonored and discarded in the absence of the Clergy's presence.

Secondly, Lori Ireheart is condemned for his unacceptable inaction upon being presented with a 'Shrine' to the
Daemon and Enemy of the Brathmordakin known to the Children of Yemekar as Khorvad, and in doing so, endangering the lives of his kin and permitting the existence of corruption and heresy.

Lastly, Lori Ireheart is condemned for his heretical and treasonous actions towards the Grand King of the Dwarves, Midgor Ireheart, following the discovery of sacred Ruhn-lore. Despite it's sacred nature and the hostile actions of Midgor, the Assembly finds the disrespect shown towards the Grand King a direct insult to the Brathmordakin, the Paragons, the Ancestors, and the ancient traditions of the Dwarves. As well, the hoarding of sacred knowledge, while permitted under justified reasoning, is not permitted to the extent to which it has been utilized, abusing the power of the Clergy and the holy position of High Prophet.
It is for these reasons that the Assembly of Prophets formally declares the Servant of the Brathmordakin known as Lori Ireheart to be Heretical in both intent and in deed, and as such, unfit for the position of High Prophet. In the eyes of the Assembly, this action is just and holy recompense for the accused's transgressions, and as such the accused may resume his service as one of the Prophets of the Brathmordakin.
As is permitted in the absence of a High Prophet, the Assembly of Prophets unanimously declares the Servant of Yemekar known as Kazrador Starbreaker, Prophet of Yemekar, Clan Father of the Starbreakers, as worthy the position of High Prophet. As such, Kazrador Starbreaker is declared to be the new and reigning leader of the Kirkja Dverga. May the Ancestors guide his path, and the Will of the Brathmordakin be done.

  3. ((I'm afraid due to family issues, school, and some troubles with the internet bill, I'm going to be unable to get IG for a long while. I'll be on the forums pretty consistently, thanks to the glories of the Iphone, but it should be about a week before I can return in full. Please don't kick me off, I'll be sure too let you know if it' any longer.

    Brathmordakin be with you,

    ~Kaz))

  4. *MEANWHILE IN THE HIGH TEMPLE*

Jolting suddenly and look up from his work, High-Prophet Kazraden quickly strode over to the windows and stared out over the city, his eyes narrowed and his face grim.

"HIGH INQUISTOR! Get the tools! I sense..."

The old Dwarf closed his eyes for a moment, and then uttered the most unholy of words.

    "Heresy..."

  5. *A note is delivered by raven*

    Where to begin?

I return from the most far north to find the capital in ruins and now I have wandered so far and am still confused I gave up sight for knowledge for enlightenment but now I do not know even if this that I right is legible but I am here old and grey but I maintain knowledge even if know I have lost the strength to swing a pick my beliefs may be different but I will not ignore my heritage.

So here I am to serve, to lead, to teach.

    -Elder Thane, Nosor Bagrimsson Silverfinger.

*scrawled at the bottom is another message*

  6. Alright everyone! For the past while now, I haven't seen a single one of Clergy's members RPing in or around Karik (In fact, Bael, the Aussie, is by far the most active). So, I'm holding an activity check. If I don't see you RP (About the Clergy) IG and posting here on the Forums during the upcoming week, you're getting kicked. List of members is:

    Darius

    Skippy

    Almora

    Hogarth

    Bael

    Phelrin

    Dom

Be active, be RPing, or be replaced. If thee's a reason why you can't or haven't been active, let me know.

  7. Let me present what being Kazraden's son would mean, in helpful list form:

    You'd be a Cave Dwarf.

You'd be a member of Elder Clan Starbreaker, a Clan known for it's legendary Smithing and unique Black Skin and Duel Color eyes as part of a blessing by the Dwarven God of Smiths.

    You'd be a miracle.

You'd be raised by a wealthy loving father that's more then a little bit insane, and head of the Dwarven Clergy.
