I love to RP, even in single player games like Oblivion and Morrowind, which have been inspiration in my gaming life. As the above question mentions, I am well-spoken and intelligent when it comes to english and grammar. -How much time could you be on the server weekly?: Sadly, between other games I enjoy and my sporatic work hours, this varies week-to-week. But from the looks of this server, I will be active as much as I can. -How long have you played minecraft?: Since January of 2011. -What do you know about roleplaying? How long have you been doing it? What kind?: I have been roleplaying for a few years. I have logged over 300 hours on Elder Scrolls Oblivion and another 100 on the prequel, Morrowind, a majority of this time was spent RPing by myself. Alongside that, I have played smaller, less-known games, primarily my favorite called Illarion. In short, roleplaying is living as your character. Knowing what they know, seeing what they see, being who they are in the world around them. Not a player with an avatar on a computer screen. -What do you expect this server will be like?: Busy and active. Not that its obvious or anything like that... But honestly this looks amazing, just from the first post in the thread. -What other server(s) have you played on and why did you leave them?: I've played on a few other RP servers, but not for long because they did not enforce RP, and it felt more like a regular server than a role play server. -Have you read, understood, and agreed to the rules? I'm curious as to how that fits in!) -How did you hear about us?: Pure stroke of luck while browsing for a new server on the Minecraft Forums. -Did you vote?: All 3 times. -What was your favourite Law?: The fact that if you harrass another player, they can kick your butt in a duel ^_^ -What was your least favourite Law?: I didn't see one I didn't think would make the world a decent and unique place to live in, so I'm going to say none. At an early age, Zakariah lost his adoptive father one winter night - while he was on a merchant caravan trip to the Kingdom of Oren - in an ambush by thieves. Raised by his mother and who would eventually become his step-father, Zakariah grew up determined to fill his father's role. Years passed, and his mother passed away due to illness.. After the passing of his mother, Zak and his step-father parted ways. Now a young adult, he has decided to take over his father's trade, and make him proud. His step-father is a carpenter, and taught Zak a few things about building and woodworking. While Zak is no carpenter himself, he is not without ability. Zak's aspiring dream is to become a major trader throughout Aegis, with his own shop and a luxurious home nestled in the Elven city of Laurelin. At the beginning of his adventure in Aegis, he knows nothing of merchanting. This is something he will experience, and learn to succeed in. -Character Age: 22 -Character Appearance: Blonde hair with light blue eyes. He tends to wear the colors of the forest, to help blend in with his homeland. Roughly 6ft 4in, he is smaller than most of his peers. -Character Personality: Lawful Neutral. While he may have strong morals, he is not above putting his wants and desires above what he knows is right. -Your ambitions: To become a rich trader and explore the lands on his journeys. -Can your character read or write?: Yes, he was taught by his father at a young age. -Can your character mine?: Not particularly. -Are you a capable builder? While living with his step-father, he picked up some handy tricks of the carpentry trade. -Can you wield a sword?: Yes.
