-Do you have a good grip on the English language/good grammar?:

Even though english is not my first language, I can write and talk properly. I do make little grammar mistakes occasionally, but it's nothing to be concerned about.

-What do you know about Roleplaying? What is it?:

I know that Role Playing is, in short words, to become a character with his own virtues and flaws and do everything according to this character. Any actions taken and decisions made have to be according to what the character would do, not what you would like him to! I also understand that what keeps the RP going is the interaction between other players Roleplaying trough their characters, this way unique situations take place and makes it fun to play.

-What do you expect this server will be like?:

I've been a wandering soul for a couple days now and I already know the server is simply awesome. Aegis is a masterpiece for me, I love how you guys shaped it out. As for the RP experience, I think it's going to be pretty good. The lore is nearly flawless and I expect a fluent RP mood overall.

-What other server(s) have you played on and why did you leave them?:

The truth is I've never played in the same server for more than a week. Most of the server's I've been on are either griefed, poorly taken care of, or are just lame and boring. I expect different results here.

    -Character Name:

    Grum

    -What is your Race?:

    Orc

    -Biography:

It was a bright day in the woods. A boar was roaming around in search for mushrooms and roots for nourishment. Suddenly a subtle noise is heard, the boar gets alarmed and raises his head, scouting the surroundings, trying to find the source of this threatening sound. A brief moment of silence... And then, a sharp noise, a squeal and a crunch. The boar lay dead, an arrow had pierced its skull. A hefty figure rose from the nearby bushes, it had been sitting there for hours, motionless, perfectly blended with the foliage, waiting for it's prey to pass by. As it came closer to the slain boar, sunlight shone upon him, revealing a young orc. He took his kill and disappeared into the vegetation.

Just another day in the life of Grum, a young hunter. Grum was raised in a family of woodland orcs, his parents were both exiles. His father was an excellent hunter, almost all of what he knows about hunting comes from his father. Grum never knew his mother, she died when he was merely 3 years old and his father mated with another orc when he was 4. Even though she wasn't his real mother, she treated him as her own child, and he treated her as his own mother in return. They never told him why they were sentenced to live in banishment, but it didn't matter to Grum, he didn't really care. He spent most of his childhood learning the ways of the hunt and survivalism with his father, which has made him in the adept hunter he is now. Grum also showed great proficiency with the bow, a skill his father admired, as he himself wasn't as good. They led a nomadic lifestyle, he would often help his father dismantle their hut and salvage everything they could carry to move on to the next location.

They didn't have much contact with other people back then. They would occasionaly come across a settlement or crosspaths with a travelling caravan of merchants. They used such encounters to sell the extra meat and leather they had in exchange for tools and materials, then they would carry on with their lives. Grum always showed interest towards such caravans and travelling merchants, he had always liked the idea of adventure and knowing far away lands and places.

Eventually Grum got bored with his lifestyle. Life was incredibly monotonous and simple. He loved hunting and living off the land, but he simply couldn't take it anymore. He didn't want to live as a hermit anymore. He told his parents he would leave them, that he wanted to know the world, visit the orcisch lands and get to know more about his people. But most of all, he has a thirst for adventure. He They agreed with him, they always knew he would leave some day. It was for the best. Grum got ahold of his trusty bow, packed a handful of arrows, and set off to his great journey.

And there he is now, sitting next to a bonfire, cooking what would be his last meal in the wilds. Krugmar is near, a dawn of a new life for Grum. What awaits for him is uncertain, but he is ready to face whatever challenges come across his path.

Will they recieve him with open arms? Will they see him as an exile, or as the humble orc he is? Will he stay with his people, or depart to new adventures?

Well... We'll see about that... You just wait...
