Are the construct race buffs working? Because my hunger bar still drains when playing my golem.

How do I transfer my fishing xp?

What happened to fishing? The drop rate of treasures and caskets has dropped to the ground. I haven't gotten a single casket, and perhaps one or two useless enchanted books in days worth of fishing. I've repaired my rod dozens of times already and I've been using nets as well. What's up with that?
