You live though this character its the dream-life that all of us dream of and make real in the RP scape. In your own Words, describe what Metagaming and Powergaming are. Metagaming, is were the player applies knowledge that their character may not have, which in retrospect will give the player character an advantage. Powergaming is the style of play were you power through what ever you main objective is, like in the game Hanging With Friends, you would play a word of a high point value, and then take the device of the person you played it and solve it, and so, just to boost your amount of coins. What do you expect this server will be like?: Very good, ive heard very good things about it from friends. What other server(s) have you played on and why did you leave them?: Lucky Kingdom, and McShadowville, and i left because they weren't very player driven environments and they got difficult to maintain interest in them. We were good citizens never stealing, and always obeyed the law. But, my easygoing lifestyle changed at age ten when my father was murdered before my very eyes, for a loaf of bread. Ever since then, the only thing i ever focused on was avenging my father. The peace I once knew, had vanished, and my life has been shrouded in hatred for those men. I've been training myself for the day when I finally encounter him, and put an end to my hate. My plans changed when i learned that my fathers murderer had been hanged for his crimes, yet i somehow wasn't satisfied. So i joined a marauder gang to relieve myself of some tension. And that has been my life for 20 some years now.When i look in the mirror, I see my fathers handsome face, I can still hear his voice echoing in my head telling me to run, but my days of cowardly fear are over, I'm gunna take whatever this life throughs at me head on, like my father before me. Forgiveness is a trait that most people do not have, it often takes pain and suffering to realize your faults. This is something that i learned firsthand. Even though i may never let those men live down what they did to me, forgiveness may one day help me to change. My years in the raids led me to have little respect for life, even my own, the memories still haunt me in my sleep, visions of the dying and those I'm killing and stealing from, the only thing is if i saw children i never entered the building to keep extra guilt off my hands. Those raids have haunted me for too long, i need to reinvent myself. The opportunity presents itself when a caravan of humans comes by, i ask if i can join them on their travels, we travel to Malinor, the beautiful surroundings move me to change my lifestyle for good. It is here I take my first steps to Inner-peace, i spend great amounts of time in meditation, and listening to the wisdom of the elders. Its then that i decide to move into the profession of farming and caring for the land, hoping one day i will be able to help my great nation to prosper, by stopping injustices everywhere. I also did some mining not to great extents, but i tried, it never really took hold of my interest, staying at the fore of my mind. Keeping life in balance is a hard thing to learn, yet through my studies i am learning how to be more balanced, understanding i can't prevent all bad things from happening. This moves me to forgive the men that killed my father those many years ago. After these events i wish to be more like my father, caring, always understanding his boundaries and limitations. Your characters ambitions: To start over, to start a new chapter in his book of life. With the hopes of eventually reaching a position of power, were he can help stop all injustice. Out in the Wilds, your character comes across a small cottage. Outside, there appears to be an elf struggling combat with two bandits. What does your character do? I pause and remember that that was my father many years ago. Then i help the man fend off the bandits, not letting my situation happen ever again. Your character walks up to a shop in a quiet market. "Hello, my good sir!" says the shop owner. "What may I help you with today?" How does your character answer? In my spare time i either play Minecraft or the guitar. I believe my greatest characteristic is how dedicated i become on a project I finish it COMPLETELY. How much time could you be on the server weekly?: Umm... on week days i could spend about 4-5 hours on it on a non-busy day. How long have you played minecraft?: I've been playing minecraft since alpha so around a year. What do you know about roleplaying? How long have you been doing it? What kind?: I know that role-playing isn't just playing its living life through your characters eyes. So by extent your character becomes you. What do you expect this server will be like?: I've been hearing about this server for a while so i finally looked it up. It looks AMAZING!!! I've tried other RP servers and what do they all lack? They fail to give the person a sense of purpose. I devoted my whole life to tracking down the killer, but have lost hope due to having no success all those years, also rumors that the killer was dead. Character Age: 20-21 Character Appearance: He is tallish for an elf, with long blond hair. He is quite clean looking. Character Personality: He is extremely paranoid, but its getting better. He feels as if he is always being watched. Your ambitions: I wish to start over, build my life again from the ground up, hopefully reaching the Elven High Council. Can your character read or write?: Yes he can, but he only has about an eight grade education. Can your character mine?: Yes he spent time in the mines as a child, after his fathers death.
