  1. Bloodborne Metalworks, located in the Caliphate, has recently come into the possession of a rather strange, glowing, magical tome. One could gain more knowledge in the art of fishing if they were to read it's pages.

Thus we are taking bids on the tome, and to the highest it will go.

  2. So I had a GM come ingame to see if this could be resolved and they were unable to do so. I was advised to post this to the forums for the tech team.

Everytime I make a shop with the plugin, it doesn't work. The exact issue seems to be that all the items I am selling show up as 0 in the shop. The name and item will be there, but no quantity, despite there being plenty of each item within the chest. I've used the /sb plugin to redo the shop slabs and chest multiple times, to no avail. Here are some screenshots:

After adding the two items I wish to sell (Mutton Stew for 5 minas, and Cooked Fish for 1 minas), this is what it shows immediately after leaving /sb.

    http://gyazo.com/a76...a82c7f05e9a134d

And here is the shop chest, which is about two blocks away from the slab.

    http://gyazo.com/ffe...62a670c294c168f

So as you can see, I have plenty of stock for both items, yet it just wont ever stock them. It also did this with some swords I was selling awhile back, too. The little null bit before the cooked fish is also a little odd. I'll leave the rest to you tech folk. Thank you.

  3. Little update. I notice in the MPM player data folder located in the .minecraft folder that there are no player.dat's for the other two people whose models no one can see, including myself. They checked one of their folders, and saw that there were no files for either of my two characters.

It appears MPM is not generating these data files for us three and us three only (As far as we know, others whom we do not know personally could also be having this issue), as others who I RP around frequently and whom also have MPM have their respective character files within. This is the problem, but it still leaves me completely stumped. I have tried re installing many times, so I do not know how it could be the mod itself.

  4. I know that this probably isn't the place to put this, but I've tried searching all over for an answer to this problem.

Currently my MPM shows up for only myself. All of my scaling, additions, etc are only visible to me and no one else who has MPM. They also cannot see actions, such as sitting, lying down, prone, etc. I, however, can see the others who use it. It seems to work absolutely fine, other than no one else being able to see me.

Now, I have a good grasp on how to install these things, but to be sure, I checked multiple other installation guides and such to no avail.

Forge: Installed correctly for 1.7.10 off the official download. I even installed different 1.7.10 versions, including the newest and recommended.

MPM: Downloaded from the official MPM 2 forum thread, from the creators website. Also 1.7.10. I also downloaded a 1.7.10 version from curse, and maybe even a few others. None work.

My minecraft is also running at 1.7.10 for the server, so it all lines up. The only other mod I have installed is Optifine Ultra, correct version, and the shaders mod + SEUS pack. I tried taking the shaders off to see if that affected it, but it didn't. I may also add that two other people I know also have this problem despite the fact that we have done complete fresh re installs of minecraft and fresh downloads of both forge and MPM, but it's still broken.

I thought, at this point, it would be the server, but there are plenty of other people who have it working. I have no clue what to troubleshoot from here on out, so this is my last resort. Does anyone have this problem? Has anyone fixed it? Any help would be appreciated. Thanks!

  5.

Morvan sat posed around his camp fire, a small grin creeping onto his face as he worked the whetstone over his bearded axe. The frosted cold in the north nipped at his cheeks and seeped into his bones, but he did not mind. Soon the itch for battle that spread through his spine would be sated, his axe bathed in blood.

He kicked at some dirt as he rose, hefting his large Gorundyr shield up to chest level. With a slow, dull, rhythmic tap, he began to beat the back end of the bearded axe on the shields metal bosse. His pace quickened as he stepped about, looking each of his brothers and sisters in the eye.

A constant roar of cheering could be heard in the valley that night, for the Men of the Northwood were preparing for battle.

  6. A parchment written in a sprawling hand of charcoal can be seen posted on all of the major noticeboards in Athera.

"To all that call themselves Adunians, Clan Orvar has hereby ended its declaration of war upon Eldaril of Elendil and his ilk. His death has come at the hands of fate, the conflict between us is no longer one that needs to be continued. The War-axe has been withdrawn and all those who followed the man can now live a life without fear of war.

I urge all those under Eldaril to flock to a new banner, one with a familiar name. Aerdun of Elendil-Ciardha has gathered at Helgrinnd Hold with much of the other Adunian peoples. Some names such as Clan Douglas and Clan Armas may also be familiar, it is the closest thing to a new home for Adunia.

All those with the blood and heart of Adunia, come to your people and pick up a blade, a tool, a purpose. Your people will be strong again if you are to build yourselves back up with blood and sweat. Clan Orvar and the Gorundyr can help you with this, for we are much like you. Helgrinnd Hold awaits, will you answer the call?"

    Signed,

    Morvan of Orvar

    Yagar of the Gorundyr

    *****

Morvan walked from his Hall with a smile upon his face, the cold air of the north nipping at his cheeks. Before him stood Aerdun, warming his hands by the fire. He couldn't help but laugh at the circumstances, but now before him stood a man who was true Elendil, who had the strength to unite his clansmen again. His hand beat down upon Aerdun's back firmly, his smile wider now. The others in the hold around them looked onwards, some curious, others expectant.

"It is done, then, Aerdun, what do you have to say for yourself?"

  7. Morvan nods approvingly, standing from his seat to address the hall with widespread arms, his face suddenly taking on a darker light. I glances about the room with cold eyes, meeting everyone's gaze at least once.

"I agree completely, Mirtok of DeNurem. Many have approached us for alliances, protection, especially down in the vale. It would be wise to keep a cautious distance from there.

My Warhawks have brought in disturbing reports of the area, not only that of Northhaven but that of the jungle and mesa beyond. There are strange things, evil things, lurking about in the darkness. I speak not of just oddities, no, there are things out there that speak of a deeper evil. One that my people have faced before.

Far to the west are a strange land which appear to be desolate and barren. It has a dark presence about it, one that saps at the very strength of your bones as you traverse its treacherous landscape. Dark creatures have been seen flickering about, ones of shadow and flame. In Anthos, my people were wiped out by the Scourge because of our lack of understanding, of preparation. This time will be different.

We have erected a new gate to defend our pass into the Jungle; Helgrind. Let it be known that I pledge my people to the defence of the North, not from the warring peoples in the jungle below, but from whatever threat lurks out there. The signs have come, it is only a matter of time before we are tested by the gods once again. Those with a fragile soul and weak sword-arm will not survive."

With that, he falls back into his seat, his hand tapping against the table in a steady rhythm.

  8. Morvan's face erupts into a smile as he pounds his fist on the table with enthusiasm, roaring loudly into the hall.

"FEAST! Let us all meet in a single hall for a night of drink and food, there is no better way for one to get to know another, at least among my people! Let there be dance, song and ale for all. The North is for Northmen, so let us feast like true Northmen would.

He stands from the table, a large bearskin wrapped about his shoulders, as he turns to his clansmen.

"I think I speak for all of my clansmen when I say we are sick of eating pine cones, aye?"

He drops to his seat once again, his enthusiasm draining away quickly, now calm.

  9. Morvan Orvar, Chieftain of Orvar and Yagar of the Gorundyr made his way into the hall, flanked by his clansmen. With a quick nod in Voron's direction, he takes his seat, his gaze focused directly on Mirtok. A large bald eagle is perched on his shoulder, it's eyes flickering between the procession. With a sigh, Morvan taps his fingers on the table, not moving to speak.

  10. I agree entirely, the regions are a bit meh. I've spent my time on the server running around and exploring, and there's some things that would be amazing if only we could settle in them. Think of some of the ancient ruins, large cave systems, forested mountains. There is a number of potential sites someone could settle down that are far superior then these preset regions.

Think how cool it would be to have a group settle in an ancient ruin and build it up again, currently we cannot do things like that.

  11. Morvan stands and steps closer to the fire with a smile. With a swift motion, he extends his arms towards the grouping of Gorundyr before him.

"It is settled, then. This is a new Era for the Gorundyr and both Clan Orvar and Oknir. Together we will rebuild our people and one day rival the strength we knew during Barid's rule. No other will stomp us into the ground, no other will send us into disarray. We stand united against all threats, be them mortal or divine. Feast, my people, for the new world beckons us to its shores. For the Gorundyr!"

With that, Morvan joined his clansmen, both those of Orvar and Oknir. Laughter was had, food was shared. Soon, they would all embark on a journey together. Far over Draug's sea, the land of their ancestors awaits.

  12. Morvan's face is hard and expressionless as he watches Tormud talk, only speaking when it is clear it is his turn.

"As Oknir is of the Gorundyr people, you are welcome to join us on our ship, there is plenty of room for us to all sail together to the new world. The Wavebreaker it is aptly named, for it will weather and storm and carry us to the land of our ancestors. There is, however, still the issue of the old oaths that were sworn to Barid the Reaver. All the clans of Gorundyr blood either fell or swore to his might. As Son of Mabon who was Son of Barid, I am granted his title of Yagar. It is my blood right to lead the Gorundyr to a new age of prosperity. I do not think splitting our forces is a good idea, the Gorundyr have only ever known true might under the unity of the clans."

With that he falls silent, glancing to others in his party who may wish to put in their voice.

  13. Morvan nods to the man, standing from his seat to address the group again.

"The Imperium is not a force to take lightly, though we still have our friends within its borders. Not all are like Boris and his lapdog Eldaril. Let us speak of our two clans, of the journey south across the seas. Tormud of Oknir, have you established plans for your people to cross the great southern sea to reach the land of our ancestors?"

  14. Campfire_by_MattRhodes.jpg

The frigid cold of the Cisaltine's beat down on the column of men that marched through it's frosty valleys below. One by one the fur-clad warriors reached the small plateau that had been chosen as a meeting place. Clan Orvar and Clan Oknir, both of Gorundyr blood, both Men of the Northwood. It was here that the two clans would meet for the first time since the fall of their homeland in Anthos.

Morvan gazed out at the lifeless Cailean in the distance, its braziers now devoid of any light. As the last of his clansmen took their seats, he turned to address the group before him, raising his voice into a powerful shout.

"I am Morvan, Chieftain of Clan Orvar and Battlelord of the Hundred Sons. Today we gather around this fire to form a sitting circle so that both those of Orvar and Oknir can talk of the futures of our Clans and that of the Gorundyr people as a whole."

With a nod towards those of Oknir, Morvan lowers himself to a seat upon the large boulder at the head of the fire, his eyes scanning the congregation with an intent smile.

Morvan watched as each of his clansmen huddled on the deck of the Wavebreaker, a tempest of rain swirling about them. Every few seconds another wave crashed into the hull, each one larger than the last. Wet and cold as they were, they had more to worry about. War had come to Orvar, a war that could not be won head on. With a heavy heart, the Clan had decided to set sail early and join Draug in his realm. Another boom of thunder sounded in the distance.

"Do you hear that, clansmen? Argal tries to sink us! His storm is fierce and his cry is loud! Do not fear, the gods smile upon us this day!"

A smile crept over Morvan's face as he watched Hafgan and Aela run about the ship, grabbing at the rigging and checking over the sail. After a moment of rummaging in his pouch, Morvan took out a small golden pendant covered in blue gemstones and began to run his eyes over it curiously. With a sudden laugh, Morvan tossed it into the sea.

"Draug! May this offering find you deep in your slumber, a token from the last of the Gorundyr."

All around them the storm raged, each crackle of lightning lighting up the Wavebreaker and its occupants, each of them with a smile on their face.

((Some additional pictures of the ship are in the spoilers below.))

  16. Morvan sat in his long house, a lone parchment sitting in his hands. A small smile spread on his face as he read over the note. The Adunians, the dishonourable swine that they were, had to bring in others to fight their war? He laughed at that, his face full of fury.

With a nod towards his brother Aeron, he begins to speak.

"Tell these Raevir that we received no one wishing to speak of peace, Clan Orvar was unaware that the Elendil man was under anyone. We have shown all those of Oren kindness, offering them food and hearth in our hold. No Raevir blood has been spilled as of yet, someone is lying to them."

Slowly, Morvan begins to rise from his seat, his shield and bearded axe in hand. If Orvar were to stand alone in this, they would remain steadfast. It was not the first time that destruction stared them in the face, they would survive as they always have. Be it cold, scourge, or man, Orvar would fight until the very last drop of blood stained the earth.

In the valley's of the region known as Cisaltine Gaekrin, a faint booming can be heard echoing through the mountains. As one nears the village known as Cailean, the repeated blasts of Orvar war-horns can be heard closer yet. Within the hold, a sight of organized chaos rages on, clansmen running back and forth, each with their own sense of purpose.

    War was coming.

Clan Orvar were a hardy bunch, the last survivors of an old peoples called the Gorundyr. They had survived Anthos, thrived in the Fringe, and now they found themselves fat and happy in Thales. Steeped in tradition and belief, they adhered to a code. That code had been broken.

Nearby sat Ard Kralek, the keep that housed the Adunian's under Eldaril Elendil. Eldaril had proven to be unsavoury, welcoming Orvar under the guise of friendship. A feast turned to duel, A duel turned to war. As the coward Daeglan fell to the axe of Orvar, so did the friendship that Eldaril had tried to build. He protected the man, even in his death, even in light of his cowardice. Clan Orvar left insulted, refused their proper right. Now some closest to Eldaril have harmed one of Cailean, seeking to provoke Orvarian wrath.

On the steps of Ard Kralek stands a hooded man, his face hidden by darkness. His footsteps echo in the hall of the keep as he enters, looking about the room for a sign of life. With a shrug, he flings his cloak open, revealing a simple iron axe. In one quick motion, the axe is unhooked and held in hand, ready for its purpose. With a yell, the man drives the axe into the feasting table, its hilt pointing to the Chieftain seat. To a Gorundyr, the message would be clear; War.

Upon the board of every settlement in the Cisaltine's, a parchment is firmly glued in place:

1st of The Deep Cold, 1466

"By Order of Morvan Orvar, war has come to all those who have sworn under the man named Eldaril Elendil. His keep finds its halls overrun with cowards and dishonest men. He has insulted my clansmen, harboured cowards and assaulted my people. Fire and steel will soon overrun his lands and all those within.

The Hundred Sons will not falter until the heads of Eldaril Elendil and Corbett VanCleef adorn our walls. All those who find themselves without home, food, and warmth are welcomed by Orvar, let not all of Adunia suffer for the crimes of their leaders.

    Signed, Morvan Orvar,

    Battlelord of the Hundred Sons,

    Chieftain of Clan Orvar,

    Patrician of the Empire,

Esteemed Friend of the Empire and its People,

  18. I use the Sonic Ether's Unbeliavable Shaders mod, v10.1 Standard. Oddly enough, I think the fog happens whenever it snows and that version of the shaders doesnt show the snowflakes. Or, I have something set up wrong.

Either way I haven't bothered to fix it because the fog is kinda awesome. For the record, I use the Conquest texture pack if anyone is wondering.

  19. I recently got shaders and I just wanted to share the village that houses my clansmen and I. Enjoy!
