-Biography:[i was born in a village with a people called the Elendil or Elf friends as it translates to. I had blood from both the nobility of the Elves through both my parents. I was destined to be our village leader, and so I was raised to love and learn from all races and to be as understanding as I can, but also know what was right and that all things are not as they seem. One day my village was raided by bandits. I saw my Father and Mother cut down by an Orc who was with the party. He turned to me and stabbed me in the stomach. I awoke in the temple of Aegis where I was nursed back to health by the monks. I was told of what happened by another survivor, and old man named Sador. I then left the temple, hoping to rise from my fall, and avenge my people.

This is just a suggestion, but how about the guards get evaluated by like the sensechal or someone to see if they are doing what they're suppose to.

A tax system needs to fit the peoples income rate, like tax brackets and employment and the nobles should pay higher taxes than serfs and shop keepers because the wealthy have to pay more then the poor to maintain a good economy in the kingdom.
