Do you feel you have a solid grasp on our lore and an understanding of the standards we have for applications? I belive i do. Since i joined in Aegis the lore has changed in many ways and i often find myself reading it to brush up on parts i didnt know to solidify my understanding of some parts.

Why do you want to be an AT member and do you have the ability to work with others? Ive always wanted to help out the server and i thought one way i could achieve this is by becoming a GM (Long shot i know) and so instead ive decided to help the server by helping/guiding those who are new to it. I have recently helped a few people with their apps onto the server, through pm's on the forums and through the WS chat. 

Given i play rugby and am numerous town chats, i do belive i can work with others and communictae. I also like to say im not afraid to ask for help if i feel its needed in anyway.

Do you recognize that you will be given extra responsibilities such as working on the LoTC wiki, assisting the AT in creating guides and helping new players with their questions upon logging into LoTC? Yes i do recognise this! Working on this wiki would be something i'd look forward to if accepted. Creating guides is part of my IRL job and so doing that would be natural. Aside from this i do help out in the WS when im on at various times between 10-8 GMT, and also like to help through forum pm's.

What is something you have always wanted to change on the server?:  

Something that i see on the server and that people complain about a lot is that fact GM’s aren’t considerate  towards players, or they treat them like s***. It’s what I’ve heard through Skype and just pm’s with my friends on the server. Personally I’ve never experienced this, but finding out what the player base wants and trying to resolve it is something that i want to change. I want to be someone who can talk to everyone and gather a general consensus about issues people find on the server, and then i’d pick one or two and i’d attempt to solve it.

What are your finest qualities?: 

I would say that I’m an approachable person, i’m always in the help chat and offer my help, if i can get out before another player. Aside from this I’m good at problem solving, my Job is much like a GM role we manage and provide a service, and when someone messes up you  have to know what your doing. Go through possible solutions before acting. Remaining Calm yet being able to assure someone is another good trait. Finally i can use World Edit at decent standard as I’ve used it on other servers before.  

I’d also like to say I’m very reserved, i hold opinions of people  to myself and don’t use them to become bias against people, i find if you let your opinions of players spread then this is how you can become unpopular among a player base.

What are your worst qualities, and how could you improve these aspects?: 

My worst quality is that I’m unknown to player base. I don’t like being a person who wants to look good. I enjoy working from behind the scenes to make something run smoother, such as being active on a town pillar, or providing a consistent form of RP for people to use. If i became GM i wouldn’t want to change, id work from behind the scenes, handling the moderns and fixing the little things that annoy people, like floating leaves etc.  I also find that at  certain times due to my job i can become stressed really bad. It doesn’t affect me too much but it does withdraw me from wanting to talk to people, in which case it means I’m short and snappy in my replies, I’m not rude, i just want to get on with what I’m doing, its what my friends have deemed my “Time of the month”.

What members of the Staff could you look to for guidance?: 

Hopefully anyone on the GM Team if needed, Im going to presume you have a private GM Skype chat or TS and so would probably post within that if i needed help. If no-one was to answer, i would have to take on the decision myself and choose what i think is the best out come for the situation at hand.

Who do you not get along with on the current team?:   Honestly i don’t know most of them in a personal way, i try and chat if they handle a modreq and I’m sure I’m in a Skype chat with some of them but i don’t know them personal enough to say i dislike any of them.

How much free time do you have? Will this change in the foreseeable future?: Free time at the moment is a lot i will always be around at night at various  time, usually 6pm-7pm and 9pm-11pm and will be around at weekends, however that one is harder to say when as i play sport. Im always available on Skype as its on my work laptop and on my phone so if I’m needed or wanted a general Pm on there will show up and i can answer it almost straight away.

Note: I just wanted to add i have applied before here the questions have changed a lot so if you want to look at this one as well you can.  Finally i don’t hang around in the TS so it is probably true most of you haven’t heard of me but that is because I’m not good at large social situations, what i want to say has usually been said by the time it is my time to talk. Will this change? Quite possibly because i’d see it as my duty to be part of the TS meetings and Skype chats.
