By Decree of the Imperial Government of Oren,

those who exceed five items in commercial sellings (Stalls, Taverns, Inns, etc) are subject to only have a maximum of five items within their shop.

Punishment on ignoration of law

Those who ignore this Imperial Law, will be visited by the arms of Oren to demand their fines of 1,000 minas per item that their shop exceeds the five item limit.

Punishment on refusal of fine

Those who refuse to pay the fine will be revisited once again by arms of Oren and be convicted of treason. The Lord High Sheriff will judge the indiviudal in court to find a suitable punishment which may include but not limited to, jailing, hanging, castrating, burning, and other Justice delivered by the Holy Oren Empire

The party goes quiet as Lord Blackmont enters. Only the eldest of the nobility exchange glances. One of the servants mutters "Ugh, it's /him/ again.. Shall I escort him out?"

Patrick rises from his seat at the dining table and pushes the cowardly servant out of his way. He meets eyes with Lord Blackmont and nods. After everyone begins to ignore him, Patrick approaches August and extends his hand. In a hushed whisper he says "Justice Flay Augustus Divi Filius Prince, you look more aged then I last saw you." He glances around seeing Lord Carrion but moves his eyes back to Augustus furrowing his eyebrows.

Patrick approaches Lord Carrion with Kyal Hightower's famous Blue Vodka in his right hand. He smiles and begins to speak "Lord Carrion, it is so grand that thee could make it to this fine soiree. Has thy created a decision on my offer of vassalization?"

As Carrion answers Patrick glances to the other nobility, most minor, but hither and tither was the occasional Silverblade and the Higher Nobility. He thinks that Thomas should have invited the highest of what society offers and to keep the others to a mimimal. Patrick keeps his concerns to himself focusing on Lord Carrion.

Powers Established

I. The Grand Knight has been granted the power to revoke any or all Knightly titles if the gentry member if so dares to break the Holy Code of Chivalry

II. The Grand Knight has the power to assign quests, tasks and duties for the Knights of the Holy Order of the Red Dragon

III. The Grand Knight his granted the power to host tourneys in the name of the Emperor

IV. The Grand Knight has been granted the power to distribute land to any who of the Knights of the Holy Order of the Red Dragon if the Grand Knight personally has land available under his name

V. The Grand Knight has been granted the power to detain criminal fugitives of the Holy Empire unless under the circumstances of high treasons, therefore he must have the Lord High Sheriff deal with the criminal at that time

VI. The Grand Knight is granted the power to command all Knights of the Empire unless told otherwise by his imperial majesty

VII. If false Knightly orders arise in the Empire the Grand knight can dissolve them illegally until they get his or the Emperor’s approval to make a new chapter.

VIII. The Grand Knight is granted the most utmost authority seconded to the Emperor over the Holy Order of the Red Dragon, all chapters and or Knight Commanders within the Order.

IX. The Grand Knight may lead the Knight into Holy Combat when times of Holy War is called upon.

Section III

Duties Announced

I. The Grand Knight has been instructed to organize and keep the Chapters of the Imperial Order in check

II. The Grand Knight has been instructed to keep the Imperial Family safe and accompanying them.

III. The Grand Knight has been instructed to host regularly tournies, jousts, and fights in the name of the Holy Imperial order to keep the knights trained.

IV. The Grand Knight has been instructed to demand elven weekly reports from the knight commanders to have the knowledge of all of what has happened in their chapter.

V. The Grand Knight has been instructed to enforce disciplinary acts upon knights and or footmen of the Holy Imperial Order.

VI. The Grand Knight has been instructed to handle any type of diplomacy with foreign states but may not declare major outcomes; he may only declare minor outcomes relating to Holy Order of the Red Dragon and must bring these outcomes up to the Emperor immediately after declaring them.

VII. The Grand Knight has been instructed to command Knights of the Holy Order of the Red Dragon in combat and in war.

VIII. The Grand Knight has been instructed to protect any Holyman that comes into immediate danger and make sure the Chapters of the Holy Order is protecting Clergymen.

The Duke Lord High Treasurer Patrick Denims-Therving and his cousin board their private coach with their Orcish bodyguard, Grand Sariant Grunt. "Oi! On wit' ye!" The coach driver shouts as he wips the large stallions to pull the coach to the Rose Encampment. Once arrival, a peasant gets on his hind legs bellow the carriage acting as a step as the two old lords unboard the coach. The footman at the gate step aside highering their halberds in honor. Patrick and Throdo smile after being greeted by the two chivay lords and attend begin to chatter with the other guests.

"Hear ye! Hear ye! Your land to be taken by t' crown if ye don't pay t' Emperor's 'axes e' see?" A town crier is seen handing out papers written in the emperor's tongue, and elven titled "Taxes". You take one of the papers from the town crier and begin to read...

Taxes

By the order of the Lord High Treasurer Patrick Denims-Therving, all who doth nay not pay taxes on their property within the human lands, nobles and the commoners alike, will be evicted by the sheriffs of the empire. No exceptions, no lowering of taxes for those who cannot manage and absolutely no bribing or threatening.  The following is the list of names who owe taxes to the crown. These people are subject to pay to the Lord High Treasurer within three elven days.

• The Valois family's land and manor : Seven hundred minas
• The Green Family manor and land : Two hundred minas
• The Audnian Clan land and manor: Three hundred fifty minas
• Hanaharan Brae's Brothel : Five hundred minas
• The Golden Carrot: One hundred minas
• The Blacksmith next to the Golden Carrot: Fifty minas
• All hovels within the capital: Ten minas each

Failure to pay may result in being hunted down, or for nobles, punishment by the Emperor.

House Denims-Therving.. not thervings []

A Carriage is seen in the distance travelling over the hill to the festivals  It's a slightly larger then average carriage pulled by two large black steeds who look as if they are from Auslon. The carriage pulls parrel to the festival grounds  A tall man with a top hat steps off the front of the carriage and places a block below the step of the carriage as he opens the door. Patrick and his cousin Throdo step down flanked by their orcish bodyguard, the grand sariant. He and Throdo shuffle over to the gambling ring and take a seat and play blackjack with the people of the festival.
