Also, I'm trying to start a medieval roleplay in which I play a werewolf, because the idea of being one is appealing. What is your The Lord Of Craft forum account name?: The_Sky_Pirate In-Character: Character Name: Ariana Bay What is your Race?: Human Biography(This should include the history of your character and his life as well as age, appearance and personality, etc.): First off, I was raised by my father, Gregor Bay, a soldier in King Thorik's legions. My mother was a healer, being learned in the Elven art of alchemy, and she taught me everything she knew, but they were both killed in an Orcish raid on our small settlement. Whilst running away through the forests, I was attacked by a small pack of Werewolves, and my brother was killed. I managed to survive, but at the morning after the next full moon, I found, to my horror, my clothes torn and covered in mud, and my fingernails ragged and bloody, the taste of raw meat in my mouth. I went to a healer, to see if there was anything to take that could help, but all he did was hand me a silver dagger and point me towards the deepest part of the forest. As I wandered, sometimes wolf, sometimes woman, I came accross the Dwarvish city of Kal'Urguan, and some relatives I had there, close as they are, took me into their family and cared for me. Now I roam Aegis, sometimes woman, sometimes Wolf, searching for the Orcs that killed my family and the Wolf that turned me. Your characters ambitions: To avenge her family, to find the Wolf that turned her, and to get revenge for all the wrongs done unto her that night. Out in the Wilds, your character comes across a small cottage. Outside, there appears to be an elf struggling combat with two bandits. What does your character do? Kills the bandits, and asks the elf if he/she is ok. If not, take some herbs out of her satchel and mix a potion for the elf to drink to heal his wounds and rejuvenate him from the battle. Your character walks up to a shop in the middle of Al'Khazar. "Hello, my good sir!" says the shop owner. "What may I help you with today?" How does your character answer? "Have you any herbs or remedies for sale? And have you heard tell of any Wolf Packs in the near area?", I say to him. If he replies, "Why do you ask?" I'll simply say, "I'm a werewolf hunter, I'm on a job.", which is mostly true. I wish to join with the King's armies, as my Father, and his Father before, and kill the orcs that murdered my parents and had their way with me and my sister, Tara. I'm 27 now, in the prime of my years, and I'm ready to do what I need to to survive long enough to avenge my family, even if it means cutting my way through a thousand, no, TEN thousand orcs. Put your hands up or I'll shoot!" then you don't waitfor him to answer, you kill him. Likewise, Metagaming is where, say, Kal'Urguan is under attack, and you're an undead in the Nether, you'd only hear of this news MUCH later. I'm 19 years old, and an Alchemist, following in the footsteps of my Mother, who was a potion-maker. I'm 6" tall, with red hair and blue eyes, and have a temper shorter than a mountain dwarf.. My Mom says I should join the army and use that temper to my advantage, which is actually a good idea, as the job pays good Minas, and we can use all the money we can get. Do you have a good grip on the English language/good grammar?: I was raised with english and french, and, yes, I speak with both good grammar and spelling. Small 2-3 Sentence Description of yourself: I'm a 14 year old girl from the vast wastes of Canada(inside joke). I like to rp with friends online and I am quite good at it. I can speak both english and french, and some Irish Gaelic, when I need to. How much time could you be on the server weekly?: Around 6 hours? Maybe more ^^ What do you know about Roleplaying? What is it?: Roleplaying is basically the art of taking on an alternate persona to make up a story with another person, and usually consists of a Fantastical world with fighting and magics, but can be funny or even sexual, depending on what you decide to say. In your own Words, describe what Metagaming and Powergaming are. Metagaming is when you say something in character which your character would not know, such as, if there is a war in a far off land that just started, you would not know about it yet. Powergaming is when you expect your RP to be succesful without considering your partner's opinion, such as saying "If you don't give in and put your sword down, I'll run you through right here and now!", then you kill him without giving him a chance to respond. What do you expect this server will be like?: I expect this server to be an excellent chance for me to truly test my RP skills as well as architectural abilities and pvp capabilities as well, and I've seen enough videos of this server to tell me that what I think is true. What other server(s) have you played on and why did you leave them?: I have played on Civilizationcraft and Noodlesoftware, and though I enjoyed them, I left because the admins abused their given powers and decided to ban everyone as jokes. No, because I am not allowed on that site, says my mother -,- What is your The Lord Of Craft forum account name?: The_Sky_Pirate In-Character: Character Name: Arya Tratha What is your Race?: Dwarf Biography(This should include the history of your character and his life as well as age, appearance and personality, etc.): I was born in the military district of Kal'Urguan, to me da, Kevin Tratha, and me mum, Tara Tratha. I grew up poor, but when I came of age, I joined the army and headed off to fight the Undead and gain honor for my family. I was away for around 79 years, but when I came back, I found me home destroyed, and me Da's tavern gone. I'm searched through all the known places in the Mountains, hoping ta find 'em, but alas, it was useless. Now, at age 179, I've been discharged from the legion for insubordination, even though I disobeyed my commander to save the lives of over 30 good Dwarves, and me house has been taken from me, as I've no way to pay for it. I'm looking for a good sturdy husband, hopefully a smith, and that shouldn't prove too hard, as all o' me friends say I'm a fine lass, just at 3 feet tall, with hair like the sunset and good looking features, and if he can get past the scars, he's a fine man indeed! That's pretty much all I've got ta tell ye, though..
