    Morthal

Four guards return home from Winterhold. They report to Jorric and regretfully tell him that one of them was mauled by a Saber Cat on the trek home. Jorric informs the Jarl about this at his earliest convince. The Jarl orders that a proper funeral be held to commemorate the fallen guard, and to also assist in his travel to Sovengarde.

The guards begin to look into better material for armor.

    Morthal

Word from Winterhold reaches Morthal concerning funding for the mining project. The Jarl writes back . . .

                                 Jarl Sidand of Winterhold,

If you would allow, you may keep the 450 Septims

from the logs in return for Morthal having a share

in the mining project. If these terms are not to your

                                                liking, negotiations may be made.

                                                                                                Signed,

                                                                                                       Jarl Haelmurr of Morthal

Once Jarl Haelmurr signs the note, he folds it in three, adorns it with the seal of Morthal, and sends it off towards Winterhold.

Later that day Haelmurr decides to go for a plesent walk through Morthal. He pauses once he happens upon the lumber mill. He sighs to himself, muttering something under his breath. The Jarl later meets with Peryn, instructing him to start planning out an expansion for the lumber mill.

  3. Please no. Not again. Let's not throw back restrictions onto role-play. If anything just make a magic blacklist and whoever is truly incompetent in magic could be put on that list. When someone messes up, is it really that big of a deal to take a few minutes out of your life to attempt to correct their RP? If they habitually disregard help, then sure—throw them on the blacklist. But let's not restrict magic to everyone.

Jarl Haelmurr's steward, Peryn Rowley, rushes into the courtroom bearing news.

"Sir! We have news from Winterhold! They would like some wood!"

"Alright. Send a cart of logs along with five guards to make sure it arrives safely, the cost'll be 450 Septims."

"Also, it appears Windhelm would like to siege Whiterun in the name of the Stormcloaks, and they would like assistance."

"Very well . . . I'll have Jorric get 100 guards ready, as well as 25 mages. Thank you, Peryn."

The Jarl's steward nods and makes his way out of the courtroom to carry out the orders of the Ravenslayer.

    <<>> Actions <<>>

    - A cart full of logs along with five guards will be sent to Winterhold. The guards will report back to Morthal once the cart has been delivered. This will cost 450 Septims.  The shipment will arrive in ((1 page)). It will subsequently take ((2 pages)) for the aforementioned guards to return home.

    - 100 guards and 25 mages are in the process of being trained and sent off to Windhelm. They will arrive in ((1 page)).

    Morthal

Jarl Haelmurr paces his courtroom. He thinks to himself of how he may get a better name for himself. He turns to his steward and orders him to send bird to the other holds stating that if they are in need of wood, Morthal would be able to gladly supply it. His steward nods and shuffles away. Haelmurr then turns to Jorric Malborn, the captain of the guard, and orders that 50 guards be deployed to various spots of Hjaalmarch. The Ravenslayer also mentions to let word be known that if those loyal to the Stormcloaks are in need of extra guards, Morthal may provide. Haelmurr then dismisses Malborn as he takes a seat in his throne, a grin spreading upon his lips.

    Morthal 4E, 201

Ravens fly about as a certain Fenris Haelmurr, the new Jarl, wanders through his town. The townspeople bow to the Ravenslayer, as they took to calling Haelmurr, after his successful coup against the previous Jarl, Idgrod Ravencrone. Many of the people of Morthal were pleased when Fenris, a man who seemed to literally come out of nowhere, demanded that Morthal have a change of leadership. Fenris gathered a rather large group of followers and successfully stormed the city, taking Ravencrone's head.

Under the new leadership of the Ravenslayer, things in Morthal are looking up. The city is steadily gaining more and more septims, as Haelmurr's approach on taxation is a large improvement as opposed to Ravencrone's almost non-existent one. Morthal now holds 800 guards and a plethera of Mages. While some are not so keen on Haelmurr's allegiance to the Stormcloaks, everyone can agree that he is bringing Morthal, and the whole of Hjaalmarch, into the right direction.

The Ravenslayer is a brash man. He does whatever it takes to bring Morthal and Hjaalmarch into the right direction. Not to mention he's the perfect man for the job becuase . . . in a way . . . the Ravenslayer is about as mysterious as Morthal itself.

Give me an interesting fact about the Elder Scrolls Series (lore, glitches etc.) : The Green Pact is a strict code upheld by most Bosmer that prohibits the consumption of vegetation. This pact also states that when an enemy is conquered their flesh must be consumed.
