Our laws are simple, simply stated for the easiest of conception of even the most unenlightened in thought. The core of these believe are not on the restriction of freedom, but to exercise the right to liberty and life without the fear of ill actions to pursue your every existence. 

1. All Forms of  Abuse Is Illegal.
2. Theft or aggressive actions, unless under the orders from a deemed official of high council, are prohibited from taken against another person or faction.
3. And the freedom to speech without fear of retaliation if in a respectful manner.

It seems even now with our populace flourishing in numbers that these key principles that bind us and unite us as one safely are ignored by not one, but all factions of Malinor race and society. This ends now if such actions  arise again they will be dealt with promptly in full force by the high council with Sentinel and Noladrim. If you find these a threat then you have ill intentions already, this is a affirmation that the High Council has observed laws of ancients past being walked over by her own people who conceived them.... and they will be upheld.

All citizens who notice such ill acts are requested to seek the immediate audience of High Commander Orym, or Military coordinators Prince Khel and Oceas Warwick alike.

A grand pardon on behalf of the council in the readings of Prince Khels' words. Though erked in his mind due to events that have unfolded across the diplomatic events of late involving the Uuruk and Bortu meetings. The Sentinels still serve as the official Malinor Guard under the leadership of High Commander Orym. While the Noladrim do now grow in numbers and in due time will be granted official duties to help enforce the edict of the council and defend our borders this will be alongside our long since established Military defence of Sentinels.

Again As a Council Member I wish to enlighten those on the standing of the council towards its guard. And for it to be clear the Sentinels are still active are still responsible for our defence, and for our laws from days of past and to future this sha'll not change.

It has been many a long time since there has been something to look forward to, a event or holiday to relax and forget the infected world around us and truly appreciate our superior culture and way of life compared to other races vallah, dwarven, or Orc alike. That is why I am hosting a tournement of Malin ball any team can enter mixed or pure in nature aheral and ker together or separated in teams of three. The only requirement to play is form a team of three of three Mali only. To watch simply come. To those not aware of the rules of Malin ball speak to members of our military the event will be held in the Aheral theatre this very seed.(today) Prizes are to be had for the strongest of teams in honor of Malin and our united ancestry this will not be our only day of games but given recent attacks by the Humans now is the best time of all to forget our hardships.

It has been a quite some time since the past discussions or speculations of what is to become of the future of Arma'luna. Simply for everyone to be caught up on the same page it has been a long and bumpy road over the past few years of Arma'luna between conflicts of both outer and inner plague finally settling as a teritory or the Princedom of Malinor, two failed attempts were made by princes who I will leave nameless attempted to fix the lands blossom once again however due to many failures or absentees no longer reside upon the council. It has also been known of a very small uprising by a small party wishing to rebel against malinor, this and more will all be addressed if you may take a seat.

*Oceas coughs slightly and presumes with his speech*

I can not guarantee that Arma'luna will become the new capital of a state, or that it will host the largest events across asulon. But what I can guarantee is my commitment to the very cause of reviving this once prosperous settlement. For those who may or may not have known I am Oceas Warwick assigned visticount of Arma'luna and past member of the high council and high commander of the malinor military. My dedication and track record put forth before you is the evidence I have for you of our future.

Currently seas have been plagued with the worst weather accountable from what I can remeber both Aegis and asulon alike. When the waters clear the restoration begins.

As visticount of Arma'Luna I was appointed directly by the High council to address this very matter at hand to accomplish this task a team of close friends and excellent advisors will set forth as aid to getting the city on a work foundation again.

A few key priorities are as followed.

-Forming a City Council Again

-Restoring all city services including postal.

-Official Opening of the Bard College

-Restoring shipping lines of trade and commerce.

While I'm sure there will not be any trouble. All sha'll know that as being a Malinor territory all rules apply in arma'luna and will be enforced accordingly by sentinels. Not to act as a show of arms but think twice before acting.

I believe Meguzara is not fit for this role. In my opinion she is not mature enough but that can change over time and learning from one's mistakes.

Darion in has been brought forth to my attention by others of your oocly managed anger towards Elene and has leached into not one but all of your characters Aswell. I've known you for many months now and deeply request you stop it. On a side note Elene has been a productive mature member of our community working towards the betterment of the player base which can be seen as her role and position of princess in Malinor. However I will say the job of Global Moderator requires high maturity, bust also judgement that comes through both age and Roleplaying experience while I do not support the position of her gm application I do for forum moderator. Some find this conflicting using it as a stepping stone to learn the ropes better but in all honestly Global moderators both enforce the forums, teams peak, and ingame problems which with that said global to forum title itself explains it all.

If lost in my statement yes I support Elene to become a forum moderator I feel she is well positioned and has the maturity and experience to use her discretion while moderating our community.

Sadly I come back to a city slightly slower than what my memory served tho remember. With our sleeping elves called by Lucion it seems we have our own matters to address.

The silver city once aided dying cells only to risk having our very own city ripped from us. Now thankfully art this current time things are aleast slightly peaceful allowing us to raise our heads once again higher and strong er than before. In agreement with lucion we should not waste our precious minerals and sacred life's over something so trivial and meaningless unless our very existence is threatened let man fight there own war.

((Can't quite comment on this ICly as I never met darion IC, however Amaelith-Darion(necrotic_blade) has been apart of Normandor since the founding as with I before it even joined Malinor and eventually became the capital. This said up until recently apartments has cost 1000mina's I believe as to fill the role of cheap housing for the new capital thus Amaelith pro bally marked that mentally as I did. Can't quite blame a guy for not keeping on top of every house price :P, on a Side note I know this was to be IC and is slightly trivial just felt like putting that out there))
