How much time could you be on the server weekly?: about 5 to 6 hours a day on weekdays and most of if not all the time on weekends. What do you know about Roleplaying? Give a definition of what it means to you.: Roleplaying is where you not only pretend to be another person but actually become that person while you are playing. You stop acting and thinking like yourself and start acting and thinking like your character. You Play out your alter ego as if it were you. Roleplaying is a way to become who you really want to be without a fear of judged. In your own Words, describe what Metagaming and Powergaming are. Metagaming is the use of information by your character that he does not already know. For example, If you heard about a great mining spot on the forums but it is in an area you would never ordinarily enter. If you go there anyway, because of an out of character knowledge, that would be metagaming. Another example is that if you were to read about a characters villain application on the forums and met them in game but he introduced himself in a kind way, if you treated them like a villain then that is also metagaming. Powergamers may play for fame or stature in game. They may also use unfair advantages to get ahead of others. An example may be when a player forces another player into an action such as if you were to say you shot a player and they died. This is forcing them into an action without letting them react. This is a form of powergaming. What do you expect this server will be like?: I expect this server to be the kind of roleplaying server that I have been looking for. I hope that it will a be place where I can become my alter ego and meet other people who are similar to me. I also hope that I can meet many other people that I can hang out with and enjoy playing minecraft in a way that is not just mining and building. What other server(s) have you played on and why did you leave them?: I have played on my friend's server and I also played on a server that I made with a few of my friends. I liked these but I have been looking for a really good roleplaying server for quite some time. When I found this server I hoped that it would be the roleplaying server that I was looking for and now I am quite sure. Everyone knew everyone else in this village and, due to it being in the trees, it was easy to get from one house to the other. I didn't have alot of friends but my few friends were close to me. When I was nearing my 113th birthday, my village was set ablaze by a stray lightning bolt shot by an undead that was attacking a passing ranger. My father was hit directly and killed on the spot. I ran out of the house when I saw the fire and found him laying dead on the walkway. I went to run but the walkways in every direction had set fire. I lept to a tree that was close to me and barely made it. I climbed up and saw that the whole village had caught fire. That is when I noticed that the tree I was standing on had also caught fire. I lept from tree to tree as the fire followed right behind. I dove into a pond and tried to splash water onto the surrounding trees but to no avail. As I ran from the forest, I caught a glimpse of the undead man who had ruined my life, killed my family, and burned my village. Everyone I ever knew was now dead. I ran from the forest and kept running in fear that the undead man had followed me. I ran and ran. I ended up running all day and through out the night. I finally stopped to catch a breath in A forest when a man called out to me. I froze in fear, thinking that it was the undead man who had followed me. I looked up to see a hand reached out to me. I flinched back only to see him smiling at me. He greeted me and told me his name was Gilane. He seemed very friendly and so I went to live with him in his home in the forest glen. He lived alone in a small hut. He improved my abilities with farming and archery as well as taught me how to mine, forge, and build. I stay with him for about 50 years until the feelings of revenge set in. I wanted revenge on the undead man who ruined my life. I set out a few days later after telling Gilane of my intentions and receiving his blessing. I swore to him that I would return one day and set out to find the undead one. As his face burned in my mind, I traveled through the forest not knowing my direction but letting my heart guide me. Tired and swore, I headed tword the nearest light and as the sounds of monsters grew outside, I ducked into the building. The next thing I knew I was waking up in the temple of Aegis. Now I am to set out on my journey to find the undead one. Your characters ambitions: I wish to master my skills and become a better man until I am ready to set out in search of the undead one who ruined my life. I also wish to live the life of a respectable elf and help the world of Aegis grow and prosper. Out in the Wilds, your character comes across a small cottage. Outside, there appears to be an elf struggling combat with two bandits. What does your character do? I stand in the shadows and yell to them to stop. If they still don't stop then I will warn them one final time then pull out my bow and send an arrow to knock the weapons out of their hands. If they try fight back or run I would warn them again and then send an through their thighs. Your character walks up to a shop in the middle of Al'Khazar. "Hello, my good sir!" says the shop owner. "What may I help you with today?" How does your character answer? I would bow and say "ah hail good sir! I am just here to get some bread at the moment." after I bought the bread I would wish him a fine day and say fare thee well.

I grew up learning to farm and mine on a daily basis. I was trained in swordsmanship for my entire life. When I was 83 our village was attacked and destroyed by The Undead. Only a few made it out alive. My whole family was not part of those lucky few. I vowed to avenge my family's demise. And will stop at nothing to accomplish this task. I traveled by myself from place to place looking for The Undead that did this to me until I was finally found by an elf princess. When she found me I was malnourished and close to death. She took me to her kingdom located at the edge of Aegis where I lived for some time. I later fell in love with her but due to the fact she was of royal blood we could never be together so I left the kingdom to continue my quest for revenge. Many years pasted and I finally found the encampment of The Undead soldiers that killed my family. I ran in blinded by rage and was hit from behind and beaten brutally. I later was held prisoner until I later escaped my shackles and I fled the encampment as fast as possible. When I reached the forest I collapse against a tree. Next thing I remember I awoke in a temple. As I started to move I met a monk. I asked him how I got here he said " I found you collapse against a pine tree. It looked as if you were dead. I brought you here to the Temple of Aegis."I am now ready again to set out to bring revenge upon The Undead but first I must find allies to help accomplish this task. Once I have finished my task I plan to help bring down The Undead Empire. Your characters ambitions: I want to avenge my family's deaths.
