Small 2-3 Sentence Description of yourself: I love playing video games, especially RPGs. I can get along well with people, as long as they don't intentionally get on my nerves. I love the Yogscast!
How much time could you be on the server weekly?: This would vary, depending on school work and if I'm at my mother's or father's house. I would most likely be spending the majority of the time playing on the weekends. Unfortunately, I am not always in a Minecraft mood. I switch back and forth between games, but when I'm in the mood, I can play for quite a long time.
What do you know about Roleplaying? Give a definition of what it means to you.: To me, roleplaying is almost like a second existence. It is a way to express yourself through a game, and interact through a character's life.
In your own Words, describe what Metagaming and Powergaming are. Honestly, I don't know what either of these words mean. :(
What do you expect this server will be like?: I expect it will be like a completely different Minecraft experience. It will have the sandbox do-what-you-want feel, but it will be more like an RPG, rather than a sandbox.
What other server(s) have you played on and why did you leave them?: I mainly only played on a server that I rented, myself, for playing with my real life friends. I stopped renting because people started to lose interest in playing.
Have you read, understood, and agreed to the rules?: Yes, I am a little confused about the after-death memory loss, however.

Character Name: Bornolm
What is your Race?: Human
Biography(This should include the history of your character and his life as well as age, appearance and personality, etc.): Bornolm is a 28 year old man who was brought up in a small mountain village. He was taught how to fight, hunt, forage, and live off the land. His father, Kyril, was a merchant in the village who bought hides from the hunters, and then sold them to travelers and adventurers for a slightly higher price. Bornolm's mother died soon after his birth, from an illness that she contracted from a wolf bite. When Bornolm was 25 years old, his father died from a flu-like virus. He was too old and his immune system was too weak. Bornolm had taken up the family business a few years earlier, and continued to buy and sell hides for 2 more, depressing years. He decided that there was nothing for him left in the village, and he would just dwell on the past, so he thought he should venture out in search of new towns, villages, and cities. Here is where my adventure with Bornolm begins. He is 28 years old now, with a beard, typically seen in men raised in the mountains. He is in a relatively healthy state, (He has eaten only meat and berries for some time), and is a little happier now that he can focus on the future.
Your characters ambitions: Bornolm mainly just wants to get away from his past by visiting and living in different villages, towns, and cities. Of course, he would always like to have a fair amount of money as well.
Out in the Wilds, your character comes across a small cottage. Outside, there appears to be an elf struggling combat with two bandits. What does your character do? He takes up his iron sword, and runs to engage one of the bandits, hoping to save the elf's life.
Your character walks up to a shop in the middle of Al'Khazar. "Hello, my good sir!" says the shop owner. "What may I help you with today?" How does your character answer? I'd like to look around for a bit.

Other Information: I will understand completely if you reject this application. I'll be honest with you, I'm not sure if I will be 100% committed to this, but I would like to give it a try. And again, I'm not sure how much I will be able to play it. Thanks either way though!
